*Important Notice- The Northstar Village will be doing construction on the Chiller Plant starting April 13- mid July 2026. Construction hours will be M-F 8AM-5PM. Construction noise may be able to be heard*

Stay in the heart of Northstar Village! This three bedroom, three bath condo is the ultimate in luxury. This condo comes fully furnished with everything that you will need for your stay. Each bedroom has it's own HD TV/DVD player. This condo has 4 zone heat with air conditioning for the summer month and each bedroom has it's own climate control. The open and bright living room has a large flat screen. The living/dining/kitchen area is all open so it is great place for everyone to relax after a long day. The property has high speed DSL in case you need to get some work done while away. You will have underground parking, just take the elevator up to the top floor and walk into the best vacation spot you have every stayed at. There is also a fitness center, game room, heated outdoor spa and pool right across the street. There is ski storage for you on the 1st Floor. Enjoy everything that the village has to offer! In the winter months there is ice skating and in the summer rollerblading or rollerskating!

Great location!

Can’t beat the location especially with small kids. Our only complaint really has nothing to do with the condo itself. Bring ear plugs if it snows. The snow plows work ALL night long! We would definitely stay here again!

Birthday Weekend with A Boom!

My family and I took a retreat to North Star for a 4th of July get away. We had a fabulous time at this property. Even though society is COVID-19 distressed, we felt relaxed, took in the fresh pine air and were mesmerized by the beautiful landscape. Quiet, clean, safe; we will be back!

Winter Vacation

The check in process was pretty easy, the place was outdated though, sink in kitchen leaked, utensils very worn and outdated. Bathroom toilet running constantly. The place just needs to be updated.

Meh. The condo is clearly ONLY used for rentals, it is tired. Also very poorly equipped kitchen (no can opener, crappy pans and tools, no extras like aluminum foil or Tupperware or anything, just to start). Furnishings/bedding outdated and could use a refresh. Not convinced duvet covers cleaned every time. Outdoor light that is not controlled in the condo led to a lot of light through the blinds (no curtains). Screens don’t fit the windows so bugs get in if using windows. No overhead lighting, minimal space lighting, lamps not connected to switches. Pros: large space, large kitchen, good AC system, clean bathrooms, good W/D (though very limited detergent provided).

Beautiful Location

It is an older property, some minor issues with sheets having stains, shower stall needed to be sealed, and unfortunately the refrigerator wasn't working upon arrival. It took the property management about 24 hours to get it repaired. It snowed the night of our arrival, which was beautiful BUT the location of the apartment was over the parking lot so heard the snowplows going throughout the night. Otherwise, a perfect location to access the lifts, eateries, bars, ice skating, lift to the Ritz Carlton, had a lot of fun.

Needs some updating

This property has a great location and space however it is showing a lot of wear. We stayed in the same condo 2yrs ago and it was showing the wear and tear then so I was surprised it was it was in the same condition this year. The couches need to be replaced as well as the carpet. The bedding and blankets in the living room seemed to have not been washed in a very long time. There were 3 bathrooms and no extra tiles of toilet paper or trash bags. We did call and they were prompt to bring some so that was good. We were told the check in time was 4 and when we got there and got the keys the cleaning crew was still there and was not done until close to 5. In the book inside the condo with information is it Says check in is at 4 as well. Overall it is a nice condo could just have some updates and it would be nice. Thank you!

Beautiful condo but one room too cold to sleep

The condo was beautiful, very well appointed and I liked the ease of parking underground. However, the twin bedroom was freezing. Both the Truckee Vacation properties and the homeowner's group sent service men to fix it but the dial kept resetting itself so it was cold our entire stay. We used a space heater but the twin bed next to the window was still cold and the other one had constant cold air blowing on it making it too cold to sleep in. My adult son had to sleep on the couch instead. The condo is very dim at night as there are only soft light lamps-no overhead lights except in the hall and kitchen. The neighborhood association was very nice to deal with but the Tahoe Truckee Vacation Properties was difficult to understand and seemed to read everything from a script. On one of the days the fire alarm went off in the entire building but the Tahoe Truckee Vacation Properties kept saying they would send someone up to our condo to fix it and could never grasp it was the entire building and nothing to do with our condo. Another guest said the neighborhood association turned off the alarm but we have no idea what caused it. The owners have provided a beautiful place to stay and I would stay there again if the cold issue in twin bedroom were corrected.

Spring skiing getaway

We were a bit surprised by the quality of this rental. We paid top dollar and expected top quality from those everyday items like towels, sheets, pillows, and kitchen items but we felt that these amenities were poorly equipped, especially in the kitchen.. There were no bathrobes to go to the pool / hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t well maintained, the couches were faux leather (plastic) which again surprised us because we were expecting ( from the photos we saw on line) high quality leather. Bathrooms didn’t have soap or shampoos and the towels were thin and could easily have been upgraded. The cupboards that had the linens were messy and we found additional pillows without pillows slips lying on the floor. That was also troubling for hygiene reasons. Also,the ski hill was closed on Thursday but we were not apprised of this situation so we had to drive elsewhere to go skiing. Checking in was very efficient at the front desk. When clients come to a vacation place, they want to leave feeling they got a very special lodging experience but it was disappointing to stay in a rental that clearly needs upgrading and attention.

Incredible Experience

The location, cleanliness and access to the property made our ski week amazing. It was everything as advertised and the service was solid. We highly recommend it for families.

Great location, could be cleaner

The master bedroom was freezing and we could not get the temperature up no matter what we did. The sink was backed up the entire time, the unit was not clean and there were stains all over the carpet. The TVs are more like computer monitors, and use old technology so difficult to hook up video games for teens. The pots were dirty, like someone just put them away after using them without washing them. We really enjoyed the location, but would not rent this unit again.

Close to North Star

The place was located in a nice area, however the check-in process was a little disorganized as the email instructions were not updated and made it difficult and confusing to go pick up the keys for the place. Overall, the place was a good fit for our group and the property manager wa a helpful when we needed a iron as the one in the property was missing prior to our arrival. This was place was overpriced for what we paid but it was a large 3 bedroom room so it fit our groups size.

Great view

Having a bath for each of the 3 bedrooms is a nice feature of this property. Also the mountain view rather than the village is also a plus.

Really enjoyed our stay. Would rent again.

My friends amd I do an annual trip together. We were really surprised how nice this place was and that there weren’t a lot more people around. Guess these condo are a lot more busy on the winter time. We loved this condo and all of the amenities that went with it.

Quick get away

Great location to get away during the week. Sad only one restaurant was open in the village. Tuesdays and Wednesdays everything else is closed.

Not very clean

Condo was not very clean, sink was dirty with caked on old food on sides , several lightbulbs were out and TV remotes missing. Called and left a msg for property company a. They never called back. We did enjoy our stay and condo space was great!

Long weekend with family

The condo was perfect size for our family. On arrival there was a Pepsi cardboard container on patio filled sand looks like they were using as an ashtray. The condo was very hot at night so made for uncomfortable sleeping

The property manager never responded to inquiries The kitchen sink had a major leak in the midst of preparing dinner, the oven would not shut off and the entire stove had to be shut off, and one of the bathrooms was locked upon our arrival.
