Although small in size this contemporary home is well laid out with functionally sized living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Tough to beat the comfort, charm, and affordability this tiny home has to offer.

The space
A cute little 2 bedroom house with historic charm. Shiplap ceilings from the 1930s give the bedrooms a comfortable homely feel. House has one small but nicely renovated bathroom. The kitchen highlights include a concrete countertop with floating shelves. Keep in mind we don't recommend cooking but you're welcome to try as the space only comes with microwave, toaster, conduction top, and small electric grill.

Guest access
The front deck with two retro Lonestar chairs, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, modern paver driveway, and modern style pallet deck with Tailgate bench and Adirondack chair in backyard are all freely accessible.

Interaction with guests
We love meeting new people and welcoming them to the space and San Antonio when possible. Although we prefer to meet all our guests we are sometimes too busy... We're always available 24/7 by phone or text. We enjoy socializing but also believe in giving people privacy.
