4 BDRMS - All bedrooms upstairs. 21/2 baths 1/2 bath downstairs, master bathroom adjacent to master suite bedroom and one bathroom in hallway upstairs. Hardwood floors downstairs as well as wooden staircase. Two king size beds, one queen bed and one full size bed. Complimentary air mattress as well.
Only 20mins from The Woodlands Mall and Cynthia Woods Pavilion and Downtown Houston. Moments away from the new Grand Parkway Shopping center and surrounded by popular eateries.
Small family gatherings of 15-20ppl. Parties over 20, weddings and large parties are PROHIBITED!
No access to the garage.

The house was fine and fit our needs, but after we checked out, she claimed we stole a microphone and cellphone left behind from the previous renters. We never saw either item and will be disputing the charges. We have rented multiple houses through vrbo but will never recommend this house to anyone.

Hi Sarah, I’m glad to hear the house met your needs. I filed the claimed against the insurance purchased with the booking not against you personally. Prior to filing the claim, I sent a personal text to the number provided on VRBO inquiring about the cellphone the day after your check in and I never received a response from anyone. Had I received a response that the phone wasn’t found, I would have taking other measures with the previous guests. In the interim the guest informed me of the microphone as well. After your check out I informed the previous guests no one never respond to me either way about the cell phone whether found or not found. Therefore, after not hearing from anyone, I filed the claim. Ive had guests to leave items in the pasts (we’re human we forget things) and make communication with the current guests and I receive communications from them if items or found or not. I’m deeply sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. I strive to make the stay for every guests a memorable one - in a positive light. Perhaps this misunderstanding can be taking offline for further discussion.

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Host!

We contacted Ms. Chanell because we were evacuating our home in Louisiana due to hurricane Ida. Not only did Ms.Chanell graciously open her home to us, she also checked in with me periodically to see how we were doing. Her caring nature and genuine concern touched us deeply. She made sure we had everything we could possible need and more. Her home is a breath of fresh air and allowed us a chance to catch our breath. The home is nicely situated in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Stores and eateries are minutes away in every direction. The home itself is exactly that...not a house but a home. Beautifully appointed with all you could need or want during a stay. I can't say enough about Ms. Chanell. Most definitely our angel during such a difficult time. Thank you so much Ms Chanell! We will never forget your thoughtfulness and kindness!

Great House, Exceptional Host!

Stylish home but also extremely comfortable! Home equipped with every amenity you could want! Peaceful evening walks around the graveled trail just adjacent to the house was an added plus! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Home & Wonderful Host!

Home is centrally located to many area favorites. The Woodlands, historic downtown Tomball, Champions are all a short drive away. The home offers everything you need to feel at home. Ms. Chanell is a fabulous host and does all she can to make sure you feel welcomed and at home! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Fabulous!

This was our 2nd holiday stay at Ms. Channel's beautiful home! Ms. Channel is always very flexible and accommodating in every way. The home has all the creature comforts you could ask for. Home is pristine and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you again, Ms. Channel!!!!

Great Location and Experience

This home had just what we needed, from the gracious host, convenient location, and the ability to bring our small dog. The communication was wonderful and there was more than enough space for our family. Highly recommend!

Nice home in a quiet well manicured neighborhood!

Great neighborhood and very well kept property. Fabulously appointed home with remnants of both New Orleans and Texas! Spacious master bedroom with lovely sitting area and vanity provided all of our creature comforts! Open floor kitchen with a gas stove to cook our meals on was definitely a plus! Home was clean and pristine! Private backyard with nice porch swing and sitting area. Garage was great for loading and unloading our suitcases when it rained. Neighborhood is in close proximity to Vintage Park, Champions, Spring, and The Woodlands. Property owner exceeded our expectations! Very helpful and cordial. Awesome communication and very flexible in every way. We look forward to staying at this property again!

House was clean everything was as pictured. There was trash left in the garage that left a odor .

Aside from the trash being left in the garage that left a odor inside the house. Everything else was great .

This Tomball, TX Cul De Sac home is the perfect getaway. Located in a safe, family friendly Home Owner Association. Perfect for hosting small family events i.e. holidays, birthday parties, etc. The subdivision park and walking trail is only a few feet away.

I always wanted a home with a porch swing in the backyard. I knew this was my home when I saw the porch swing in the backyard.
