Small dogs under 20lbs are welcome with a nonrefundable fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets.

Safety devices: A doorbell with a security camera attached to the outside next to the front door only monitors the parking space. This is in accordance with VRBO policy that security devices are used only for the guests/host safety purpose: Outdoor camera only.
