Vacation paradise! Absolutely everything you want or need is at your fingertips in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

This charming and immaculate, renovated 3/2, accommodates 6 or more (2 King Beds, One Queen, One Queen Sleeper Sofa) with a large dining table, 3 sitting areas, 2 televisions, free WIFI, and a patio table overlooking the 17th fairway! All in a bright and open floor plan.

Minutes to the beach, 2 community pools, tennis courts and 4 golf courses! Explore and experience all the fun of Baytowne Wharf which boasts numerous exceptional restaurants and free concerts, fun family activities (a zip line, climbing wall and amazing playground!) all accessible by golf cart. This friendly community will welcome you with abundant activities to choose from. Don't want to cook? Hop over to Grand Boulevard (within the Sandestin Community) where you'll find Emeril's, Cantina Laredo, Grimaldi's Brick Oven Pizza, PF Changs, and Starbucks. Here you'll find exclusive boutiques, specialty shops and renowned retailers such as Anthropologie, Billabong, Chico's, J.Jill, and Pottery Barn, to name just a few. A 10-screen movie theater and numerous outdoor events will round out your activities. After a day at the beach, we suggest dining al fresco at The Beach House at dusk, and witness the most breathtaking sunset of your life on the most beautiful sugar-sand beach your toes have ever had the pleasure of sinking into.
But... if you want to stay in and cook, hop in the golf cart and over to Publix (which is still within the Sandestin community) and cook at home in our fully stocked kitchen, or grill out on the back patio and watch the golfers finish up their rounds. Whatever your vacation style, we are confident that you will love and enjoy our clean and bright home, and the all-inclusive, fun and fabulous Sandpiper Village in Sandestin.

Perfect beach cottage

Our stay at the beach cottage owned by John and Kristen was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. We were greeted with a lovely handwritten card, a delightful bottle of wine, and delicious cake pops that made us feel right at home.The accommodations were thoughtfully prepared, with everything we could possibly need. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels were provided, along with a golf cart that made it a breeze to get to the beach or the grocery store. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease, and the cottage itself was incredibly cozy—exactly the kind of retreat we were hoping for.I know some might hesitate to book, but I urge you to go for it! This hidden gem is a treasure that our family plans to return to yearly. John and Kristen are the best hosts you could ask for, deserving of a full 10 stars! We can’t wait for our next visit!

We’ve been vacationing in 30A/Destin for years, but this location - and this house - is the best we’ve stayed in! It can be hard to pick a place to stay out of so many to choose from, but I’m so glad we paid attention to the reviews because they were 100% accurate and led us to the most amazing place for our family vacation. Kristen was amazing - from answering questions about the property, sending info we needed to know for check in, and last minute check out questions - she was quick to help. Not only was the house fully stocked with all the things we would need for the week, she even left us a welcome note and some treats that were definitely enjoyed during the week . We absolutely loved the house - it was so spacious and clean! Our son and daughter are going into middle school and high school so it was nice to have plenty of space in the house for all of us to hang out separately, or together. We loved the large dining room table at night for dinner and games, and movies in the family room. Before long, we all had our favorite spots ! We loved having a golf cart to get to the pools, the Wharf, and the best sunset views you will ever see at the bay. I am so thankful for our time at Kristen’s place - it truly was one of the best family beach vacations we’ve ever had! I can’t wait to come back next year!!

Perfect Summer vacation cottage

Our family of 5 (kids aged 3,6&8) had the most wonderful week in Kristen’s beautiful Sandestin cottage. The cottage is spacious, with gorgeous seating areas, coastal decorated bedrooms and a functional kitchen, dining area and laundry facilities. We loved being on the golf course, the golf buggy was brand new and such a useful bonus to have! We used it for getting around the resort often. Sandestin is wonderful, so much for the kids to see and do and we will definitely be back!

Lively Cottage and Wonderful Host

This is a gorgeous setting very close to Destin beaches. There is so much to do in this area for people of all ages. The host is a wonderful communicator and makes this experience most pleasant!

Perfect last minute get away

We absolutely loved the cottage. The golf cart was really nice and it only took 5 minutes to get to the beach. I was surprised when I got to the cottage and opened the fridge to find two of my favorite beverages waiting for me. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was even an air fryer. The cottage was very clean and in a quiet area of San Destin. We loved everything about this place and would definitely stay there again! I want to re-emphasize how awesome of a golf cart we had! Stay here. You won't be sorry.

Amazing stay as always!

This is our 4th stay here and we just love it so much! Kristen is one of the most amazing hosts and is so incredibly accommodating and communicative. We love the golf cart, access to local pools and how close you are to the beach. It comes well stocked with beach items, kitchen items (even spices and nutribullet blender!). Comfortable beds and roomy/open living area. We just love this place and hope to keep coming back for many more years :)

Fantastic place

This property was absolutely perfect for our group and Kristen really goes the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay. She communicates beforehand so you know what amenities the place has, and even has great tips for you to enjoy your stay. There is a book with even more details and restaurant recommendations/menus in the cottage as well. The place was quiet, comfortable, and we loved the location. We cooked several nights, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The golf cart is indeed brand new and functioned flawlessly for us!

Amazing Vacation

One of our favorite vacations. The cottage was absolutely adorable and spotless and had all the necessary amenities and more. Kristen was wonderful to work with. Having the golf cart was such a bonus- we loved touring all the amazing areas within the resort. We’d give this property 10 stars if we could. You will not be disappointed.

Adventureous

Fun stay with so much to do. Wind conditions limited our time on the beach, but we had so many other options, we didn't miss a beat. Friendly atmosphere and definitely on our list of options for retirement.

Vacation

We love this beautiful house….plenty of room/perfect floor layout……perfect for kids to play in sunroom and front room. They have desk behind loveseat …my son in law used desk to play games and work. Beautiful backyard. Also they have golf cart that we used a lot. Everything is perfect…for sure we will rent this place again.

Perfect getaway for all ages

This place was perfect for our week’s vacation! From the start Kristen was awesome to communicate with and answered all our questions about the property and the area! It was in a great location with lots to do for the adults as well as the teenagers. The weather wasn’t very cooperative during our stay, but there was plenty to do in the resort and outside the resort. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this beautiful area!

A great getaway

This cottage was perfect. Exactly as described and better. The amenities were spot on. Electrical outlets for the bedside so you may charge your personal electronics! Genius level stuff. We had never been to the area and was there to attend a wedding. I knew I wanted better than hotel rooms so began a search. This place was a gem. Many thanks to the hosts, in particular, Kristen. We will be back!

Excellent Sandestin Home

My husband and parents stayed for two weeks. The house was perfect. The host was extremely responsive to questions and provided helpful information before check-in. The house was very clean. The house was also very well appointed. There were garbage bags, beach chairs, shampoo, pool noodles, everything you need for a stay. The house was also labeled and instructions provided. We loved taking the golf cart all over the resort. WIFI worked great. The neighborhood was very quiet. We liked being close to the resort exit for when we did leave. You are a short golf cart drive away from multiple heated pools, restaurants, and the beach. We would stay here again.

Family time

This was our second time renting this property. Our hosts were exceptional. It truly feels like we are staying at a family home. Little personal touches in every room. With the mints at the front door to Kleenex on your bedside . Going to the beach. They have thought of everything umbrella, chairs , towels , noodles and more. But the icing on the cake is the golf cart.

New Years weekend stay

Kristen is a great host. She makes sure you have everything you need. This was the second New Years spent in her lovely cottage. She is so thoughtful. She provided us with a bottle of champagne & a box of chocolates. The 6 person golf cart is nice to drive to Baytowne for dinner & to Publix. Everything is nearby & makes it a wonderful place to visit. We hope to stay there next summer as well.

A community that offers everything you could hope for in a vacation. The MOST beautiful white sand beaches with crystal clear waters, four stunning golf courses within the property, lake fishing within the property, tennis courts, a stunning exercise gym, excellent and numerous shops and dining opportunities, from casual to formal. Grand Boulevard offers an array of quality restaurants and shops and a movie theater. Baytowne Wharf is always alive with fireworks, restaurants, shops, concerts, special events, climbing walls, arcades and playgrounds for the little ones. AND... everything listed here is accessible by golf cart!

All on one story, a very open floor plan with lots of bright natural light, overlooking the golf course at the 17th tee. Ours is a free-standing property, so there are no noisy neighbors, no sounds above you or below you, no stairs to climb with your luggage, and offering you privacy not found in shared units. Enjoy a barbecue on our gas grill for cooking out and relaxing on our open back patio (can't do that in a hotel!). Free parking and a 6-seat golf cart included in your stay!
