2025 HURRICANE NOTE: Our unit has been fully restored and ready to accept guests a/o January 20, 2025. We can provide first-hand knowedge of the area upon requests.
Amazing sunsets of the Gulf of Mexico from Madeira Beach condo located on the second floor. Updated beach modern condo with plenty of space, beds, and a large balcony on beach front property with a heated pool.
The guest features a king bed, 2 queens & a single bed (new mattresses), tastefully decorated bathrooms, full kitchen with quartz countertops Sept'24, renovated guest bath Sept'24, updated couches in Oct'23 and of course, walking distance from famous John's Pass. Each room has been updated with smart TVs. Beach gear included for use.

As of May 2023 - NOW including Beach Towels for each guest stay after working with onsite management per guest feedback.

The location is amazing and the beach is wonderful. I love being so close to everything and just being able to walk. The condo is clean, fully stocked and perfect and love that it had two full bathrooms. It was perfect for our family getaway. Thank you !

This condo was perfectly located in walking distance to everything. We only had to use a ride service to and from the airport. The condo itself was perfect for our friends getaway. It was spacious and clean!

Great Vacation Spot

Our family had a wonderful week here and appreciated all of the amenities of this condo, especially the 4 beach chairs, the umbrellas and floatys! The closeness of the beach and swimming pool were a plus. Also enjoyed being within walking distance to John’s Pass and other restaurants. Truly recommend staying here.

Great location

Overall impressed with our stay. Alex was a great host and replied immediately with our questions while on our vacation, making it a fabulous experience. The beach was clean and the location is right next to John’s Pass , making it convenient for fun, food and experiences. We will definitely be back.

Nice condo, great location

Nice place within a short walking distance to beach. Right across the street from John's Pass with lots of restaurants and other touristy activities. Host is very nice and super helpful. Replied to me within the hour.

Condo on the beach - no view

The property was still under construction from the hurricane. The unit itself doesn’t have an ocean view. It has everything you need though. And the beach is steps away. Communication was great. Location is great. Door handle broken, but unit still locked.

We love Sandy Shores!! We’ve stayed here the past 5 years. This was our first time in 211 and it was great!! Amazing location and ease to navigate around Madeira Beach and St Pete’s Recommend 100%

Location was amazing!

We used the pool/beach daily. We walked across the street to the bars and restaurants or over the bridge to Treasure Island for evening entertainment. The balcony faces a parking lot, but we didn’t plan on hanging out there much anyway. We would stay here again!

Great location and host!

We really enjoyed our time in Madeira Beach. The location of this rental was perfect. Jon’s Pass and the beach were our favorite. We spent most of our mornings on the pass catching pompano, snook and sea trout and our afternoons sitting on the beach just steps away from the unit. We also really enjoyed the fantastic restaurants, shopping and entertainment just across the street. Definitely would stay here again! Thanks Alex!

Perfect location!

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. We loved being able to walk across the street to John’s Pass or walk straight out to the ocean. The condo is equipped beautifully. Extra blankets and extra towels were appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the appliances were like-new. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the AC worked great!

Overall the condo is updated and very comfortable. However, it is not beachfront. We could not see the beach unless we leaned over the railing of the balcony. The view is actually a parking lot. The condo had everything we needed and lots of beach accessories which we appreciated. Plenty of space for guests. The biggest drawback was the amount of codes to remember from the elevator to the gate code and the room code. It would be nice if perhaps the codes could be noted on a bracelet or lanyard for easier access. Having to get your phone out while carrying beach accessories is rather difficult. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall a great trip!

We enjoyed this place, location is fantastic!! All the codes were a bit much but appreciate the security of the complex. Property owner very easy to work with, we had a stove issue and maintenance was at the unit very quickly. It was quiet, and convenient for everything we wanted to do. Thank you!

Perfect for our family

Loved our stay! We have 2 small children and the location was perfect. Being able to be right on the beach was so nice because we didn't have to haul all of our beach stuff down or across the street. There were so many restaurants around it was hard to choose where to go! The condo itself was clean and you can tell it was recently updated. We'll definitely be back!

Spring break trip

Had a great time. Great location and great communication. It was really nice to have the beach chairs and beach toys to use. Didn’t realize there wasn’t a washer and dryer in the unit but there was one on the floor that we used easily.

Fun at the beach

Great condo, location was perfect. Only tip I have is pack quarters if you need to do laundry. The machines are located in the hall and require $3. Other than that, everything is there for you. Host even provided beach towels and beach chairs. Would book again if we return to the area.

Beach gorgeous

Clean and nice very nice beach was clean and very big. Great location fishing was good night life was fun . The condo was great but my one issues was alot of codes to get in and out and none are the same and need quite alot things from the store if u plan in cooking like bags tin foil and others... but no big deal will definitely be back alex was a great host and we will be back

Such an awesome Place in Madeira Beach

I love this place. The beach is so wonderful, soft sand, blue waters. Right across from Johns Pass where you can shop, eat, ride a boat, or just hang out by the water. And the owner could not have been easier to communicate with. It's not fancy but it has everything you need including all the beach chairs and toys. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful place to make memories with my family.

Nice stay at Mad Beach

Overall good. My wife and I and 4 kids between 22 and 27 stayed. We enjoyed the beach and pool. Both very convenient. The location being near John's Pass and many other good bar/restaurants was very nice, as well. All interactions with owner and other folks were good. No big concerns. The online description is accurate. Guest bathroom shower pressure is not too great according to kids, but never used it myself. Overall, I would recommend.

Excellent location, great beach and pool access

Had a great experience from start to finish at Alex’s condo. On our drive down we got an extremely friendly welcome call (I wish I could remember her name as she really got our trip started on a bright note). Check in was thankfully easy as we arrived well after midnight. Clean condo with plenty of room for a family. This is a touristy area located right across the street from John’s Pass but that’s exactly what we needed as we were able to eat at and shop a variety of places within a 5 min walk. Aside from going to the grocery store, we parked our car and didn’t have to move it. Traffic can get a little busy due to the bascule bridge that opens often and stops/backs up traffic, not a problem for us but just something to keep in mind if you did plan to leave and drive places often. Alex was communicative throughout and had everything we needed to enjoy beach time. Highly recommend staying here!

Beachfront Stay

Property was similar to pictures but interior was worn (imitation leather worn off back of couch). The most disappointing issue was this property is NOT a beachfront location. I have been staying in Florida on beachfront properties for years and have never been located on the side of a building. Condo header and photo appearing over the pass should be replaced since it is clearly misleading. Photo was of blue sky muted to appear as water. Beach area was good and not too many crowds which is normal for September. In addition Alex should review other condos to enhance renter’s experience. No paper towels were provided in kitchen, only a couple rolls of toilet paper, no small toiletries were offered in bathrooms. Property was just okay but not as nice as we have stayed in the past.

Nice location and beach access

First I will start by saying that the owner is great! Very responsive and very accommodating! We visit down in this area very frequently- we picked this unit because of it being directly across the street from John’s Pass and that makes it so convenient. The access to the pool, the beach were both very nice. Having beach chairs, umbrella’s, toys for the kids and beach towels was very nice and a great touch. Being on the 2nd floor was nice. The unit has been mostly updated and it’s decent, but the set up of the furniture is a little odd with the tv on a side wall and you’re almost looking left the entire time, not the biggest deal, but just odd. The balcony faces no body of water, it faces the parking lot of another complex and the bridge. We knew this and it wasn’t that big of a deal, but it may be to some. It doesn’t feel like you’re at the beach from the balcony. The spare bedroom was very bright at night, they have a window that faces the hallway outside and two very bright lights shining in made it impossible to sleep. We ended up covering up the window. The pillows were literally the thinnest pillows I’ve ever seen, we put 3 in one pillow case and that ended up being okay. The kitchen backsplash wasn’t cleaned - it had splatters all over it, several of the dishes looked like they were put away without being washed, 2 of the skillets had dried egg on them on the sides, so many little things added up to make for dissatisfaction. Not worth the price.

Hi, first of all, thanks for renting out my condo! I hope your stay is fantastic and you enjoy it as much as I do. My name is Alex and here's just enough about me. I'm married and have two young kids. We bought the place for a beach vacation spot for my mom to spend more time with us, meaning family is very important. So, hopefully your stay home away from home. I absolutely love to just and watch the boats go by as does my daughter & son.
Three words to describe my style, happy, fun, and "open for feedback". Well ,that was six words, but you catch my drift. I'm interested in always making updates to the unit and am interested in your opinion.
If you don't mind, if you think of something to make your stay better, I definitely want to know.

It's a perfect vacation spot for families with two rooms or a dual couples who want to share a space with a large balcony. The area near John's Pass is ideal because everything is within walking distance. My wife and I love Clearwater Beach & St. Pete Beach, but this offers a much better lifestyle for our kids to share with others.
