Booked my stay 1-18-22 for a work conference February 7-11. When we showed up we found out they had already rented it out! No advanced notice! Never again!

Don’t stay here

The good- clean house, lots of space, easy communication with owner, easy check in with lock box. The bad- very, very sparse; it was like staying in an empty house with a few pieces of old furniture. The third bedroom had a leaky air mattress (very unexpected). Most of the house lights didn’t work, and there was only one fan in the whole house. The first night we arrived (at 11pm) we had to go buy toilet paper and soap! The house and yard seemed very neglected. Overall it was uncomfortable to stay here and there were very few amenities- definitely nothing I’ve ever experienced at a vacation rental. Thankfully we were busy every day so weren’t at the house much. It was the only negative part of our trip and we certainly wouldn’t stay here again.

The house was really clean that was good. The bad... The stove does not work at all owner put a tag so we couldn't cook And the House had Tags all over the house to remove the shoes on the carpet like every corner you were able to see. The A.C. is not control by tenants we were so hot in the night and there was only one fan. For entertainment there's a small tv that you can used like a 20" in all the house ... The third bedroom is a inflatable air mattress not what I expected. There's no board games or way to entertain. Over all for the price we pay per night to me it was extremely expensive for what we got. I truely DO NOT RECOMMEND this house for the price we paid. It needs more character more furniture more entertainment. Over all this is the worst house I have rented ever in VRBO I have been in many states and have rented several houses but never had this encounter ever. Good luck hopefully the owner sees this message and fixes the issues and puts furniture in the house.
