Recent renovations include a more open floor plan, completely new kitchen (including new appliances), new tile floors throughout the main living areas, new paint, resurfaced pool and deck area, new outdoor furniture & grill, new dock, as well as updates to both bathrooms. Impeccably maintained, this is truly a home vs just another vacation rental, as we stay here ourselves several months during the year.

We offer everything you'll need for a relaxing time on the island - a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, beach towels/toys/chairs, 3 bicycles, board games, WiFi, cable TV and so much more! Sometimes you need to remain connected to the office while away; we have provided a monitor and keyboard that you can plug your lap top into to make it a little easier.

You'll want to spend most of your time out on the lanai, where you can watch the boats go by and maybe even see a dolphin! There are comfortable outdoor seating options to either read a book in the shade, sunbathe or dine outdoors.

Located on a quiet street in the desirable south end of the island, it is just a short boat ride out to the gulf or 10,000 Islands through beautiful Robert's Bay. Our famous beaches are just down the road and there are many dining and shopping options nearby as well. Whether you like to fish, hit the beach or hang out by the pool, this home provides the opportunity to do it all. Come and see for yourselves all that Almeria Blue and Marco Island has to offer!
