Donā€™t under estimate being walking distance to the beach! There are only 2 public parking lots and very often theyā€™re full leaving you zero parking options. Plus thereā€™s still a walk from the lot and a fee. Drive and park for a fee or walk for free!!

New additions as of Feb 8 2023 - 6 BRAND NEW bikes šŸš² New coffee maker ā˜•ļø that also accepts Kcups. Brand new Stove/Oven. Brand new highchair and Ms. Pac-Man arcade game! Also new as of Dec 7 2022 all beds got brand new mega comfy mattresses!

Our 919 S Flamingo Circle home is just 1/3 mile from the public beach access near the JW Marriott Hotel. It's an easy 7 minute walk to the best part of Marco's beautiful Crescent Beach. We provide 2 beach wagons, 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, towels, beach toys, noodles, beach umbrellas and more. Everything you'll need.

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 2,000 sq foot house is one of the most walkable homes on all of Marco Island. Located in the middle of the strip. Easy walk to not only the beach but the main hub of restaurants, bars and shops.

The home has a heated pool kept at very warm 88 degrees (thatā€™s a very warm pool but still refreshing), a pool table, 60 inch TV, and has recently undergone a thorough remodeling/refresh. We even added a fun Flamingo selfie Instagram wall.

High speed internet provided. Very well equipped kitchen, and the master bedroom has a 55 inch TV. Kid friendly with a highchair & 2 pack n plays. The front entryway is equipped with 1 security camera.

The house was very clean. The house had great amenities, the kitchen was fully stocked, lots of beach chairs and the wagon was very helpful. The walk was short in the beach was quiet overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

House was more than enough for our family along with short walk to beach made the place perfect for us. House is well maintained and stocked with plenty of towels, bikes, pool accessories which allowed us to not have to bring everything with us. In terms of contacting host, it felt like the VBRO messaging was just a bot so suggest you use phone numbers provided on chalkboard when you arrive. Not a huge problem as most items were well spelled out on check in/out documents sent, but something to be aware of.This is our second year staying here for spring break and we would definitely stay here again!

Location was great and pretty centrally located! Close beach access with a wagon to haul beach chairs, etc. Nice bikes and great area to ride around! The house is clean and has a nice, spacious design. The host was responsive when we had a quick question. We would definitely rent this property again!

Great location within close walking distance to the beach! We really enjoyed the onsite pool and how comfortable the water temperature was. Only downside was not having a bathtub for bathing our one year old.

I chose this property for a belated Motherā€™s Day getaway with my Mom. We chose the house for a variety of reasons, and I feel that anyone interested in this home should be aware that it is NOT AS ADVERTISED. The home is essentially barely hanging on. The plumbing in every bathroom did not work. The first day of our vacation was spent trying to get in touch with the host to alert them that the toilet and sinks were not working. Without any notice a plumber showed up at the house, and we were forced to stay at the home that day and essentially babysit the plumber while he TORE UP the entire bathroom to rotoroot the pipes - a problem that the owner has had for YEARS and did not divulge. Fast forward, all toiletries and personal items had to be replaced bc there was sewage throughout the home contaminating our belongings. There was no icemaker which was not shared with us. The home was not cleaned well by cleaning service with many areas covered in sand and dirt and hair. Bedding was dirty and stained. Pool is very old and full of insects. The pool service didnā€™t show up as we were told. All in all, the property is falling apart, much farther from the beach than described, and the owner dropped off the face of the earth when confronted regarding the issues we were experiencing.We will NOT be returning and feel that you should do further research prior to considering this home. Also, no hand soap, no laundry soap, no trash bags and no hooks - no frills whatsoever provided.

Everything stated in this review is grossly exaggerated or made up. The plumber arrived for a weak flushing toilet at 12:59PM, fixed the problem and left at 1:53PM, less than 1 hour. My cleaner was on standby to clean after the plumbers left but the guest didnā€™t want my cleaners to come. We have almost 200 excellent reviews and never received one like this before. Sometimes you just get a bad renter.
