You have access to the 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen and living room (includes a sofa bed), and a balcony. Tea, coffee, soft drinks, and water will be provided.

Because this unit is located in the heart of town, guests have easy access to both Backstreet, Front Street, Old Street, and the Boardwalk.

Whether you want to do jewelry shopping or relax on the beach, you are just a 2 to 5-minute walk away from doing so. You are within walking distance to clothing, electronic, jewelry, and convenience stores, the Great Bay Beach, restaurants and bars, and attractions (including the Yoda Guy Movie Exhibit, St. Martin of Tours' Church, and The Courthouse)

If you would like to travel further, the bus stop is only a minute walk from the building. If you have a car, parking is available upon request for $20/day OR $100/week. Free street parking is available as well, but is dependent upon availability.

PLEASE NOTE:

The apartment is located in a building with 7 other apartments. These long-term rental units are occupied by businessmen and career employees with families. Thus, if you are looking for a party pad, this unit is not suited for you. It is more suited for family vacations and business trips.

So please:

NO noise after-hours and NO partying
NO smoking
NO pets

Additionally please note that:
- This unit is located on the second floor. Guests must be able to climb two flights of stairs.
- St.Maarten experiences infrequent power outages. There is no generator on site.
- As with most buildings in this area the garbage disposal is located off-site. It is about a 30 second walk from the building.
