3 bedroom 2 bath home in west Bradenton just minutes from beautiful Anna Maria Island with miles of white sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, deep sea fishing and parasailing. There is free parking at all beaches and there is a free trolley that you can ride all over the island and get on and off as many times as you want.

Just 15 minutes from Sarasota airport and 5 minutes from IMG Academy. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and golfing. One mile from GT Bray park which has tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, play grounds, dog park, pools, etc. Also a very short drive to Robinson Preserve where you can spend hours walking or biking through mangroves and observe Florida's wildlife. Only minutes away from entertainment and the Pittsburg Pirates spring training facilities. The world famous Siesta Key beach is a short drive away. Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal are all within a two hour drive.

The house has WIFI and cable TV. Security camera monitors the front yard. Fully stocked kitchen: Pots, pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, etc.). saltwater pool and privacy fenced in back yard. Gas grill for a cookout and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Beach equipment provided includes: Umbrella, beach chairs, beach blanket and towels. The house worked out great for my group. Fully stocked with everything you need for a GREAT vacation. Hosts were phenomenal. Highly recommend this rental. We'll see you again in April..

I was very impressed with not only the ease of check-in and cleanliness of the home, but the location is amazing. Very close distance to entertainment, stores, the beach etc. The pool was wonderful, parking had ample space, and the house was overall cozy.

perfect beachy oasis with the comforts of home

We absolutely love this place! The whole process from booking to checking out was smooth, and the owners were so great, responded quickly, and communicated clearly. Every room was decorated with both a touch of the beach and the cozy feeling of home. They also thought of every little detail to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay…both at the house and even for fun at the beach! The pool area was such a nice space. We loved it! We have used VRBO for years now, and this was by far one of our favorite places to stay. These owners have put such care into creating a great experience for their renters and it shows. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful Getaway

Stayed for 10 days while my daughter was at IMG. Later in the week my husband and dog joined me. It was the perfect size home for us & had just about everything we needed. The host definitely put thought into the amenities form the pool towels, plenty of shower towels, power strips & all the paper products. I always like to contribute to a home and bought a muffin tin for future guests. You wont regret a stay at this house. Beds were comfortable & the location was amazing. It would be cool if there was another page in the house book of recommedations for places to eat or interesing places to see. Only suggest that because google can mislead you & I love personal recommendations!

Beautiful home and inviting pool

We were all very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. Each of us commented on how comfortable our beds were, and the linens for especially soft and luxurious. The open living design with the kitchen, dining, and living room in one great room was perfect for our group. We were pleased the home within a quiet neighborhood, as we were unfamiliar with the area, so this was a real plus.We had planned a Mother's Day weekend getaway, but it rained off and all all weekend, so we were in and out of the pool as the weather allowed.The shopping district wasn't far, however, there was nothing within walking distance, and as I like to do a lot of walking, I will pay more attention to selecting a location with stores or activities nearby. we had

Beyond expectations

We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay at Sunshine Oasis. Seamless check-in. Very clean house. Being able to use the automatic garage door opener to park our car in the garage was such a great benefit. Bradenton Beach is a short drive away but we spent most of our time enjoying the pool at the house. We only slept in the master bedroom so I can only comment on how very comfortable the bed was. The neighbors were quiet. There is a school one street over but we never encountered any issues with school traffic. There is a Publix grocery store and Walmart located not far from the house on Cortez. Plenty of restaurants too.This house is exactly what I have in mind if I am ever able to live in Florida. Meanwhile, I wouldn't mind renting this house for any future vacations to the west coast of Florida.

We just wrapped up an amazing 5-day stay at this stunning pool home, and it truly exceeded expectations. The house was immaculately clean — every detail was thought through, from spotless utensils to fresh, high-quality linens. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the shower was powerful, and the in-home technology setup was top-notch.The lap pool was massive and perfect for both relaxing and getting in some morning exercise. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better — just 5 miles from Bradenton Beach, which felt like a hidden gem.Clear and friendly communication with Chris made everything smooth; he was responsive and an all-around great host. We’re already planning a return trip this fall with more family!Thank you, Chris, for sharing such a beautiful property. Truly one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had.

Nice Heated pool! Close enough to beaches & Sarasota Springs.

6 full days of fun & adventure. Heated pool was clean and ready to go. Everything was very useful on property. Garage even had wagon, beach chairs, sand castle and umbrella! Showed up to the beach like a local - ready to go! Grill was useful for some easy cooking by the pool & kitchen even had some extra spices. Coffee K cup ready to go. 2 full bathrooms very nice. AC went out when arrived the owner was out that night with tech on Super Bowl, wow. Had it fixed next morning. Very attentive to needs! Definitely would rent from Chris again!!! Thanks

Lost our home in Hurricane Helene and the more so in Milton

We lost our home in the hurricanes and we were left homeless and needed a temporary place to stay. It was beautiful, clean and the owners are very helpful.

Bradenton

This was my first experience with a VRBO rental and I couldn't be more pleased with the process. From the initial booking to check out, everything was such a smooth process. Chris kept communication open and made everything seamless. The house was absolutely beautiful and the attention made to little details right down to sunscreen options was top notch. Literally all we would have needed to bring was a toothbrush and change of clothes. The house had just the right amount of privacy while still being close by to shopping and dining options. The icing on the cake was that the house ended up being only 6 houses away from relatives, which we hadn't known were that close prior to booking, making everything even more convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Vacation Location!!

Great communication, easy check-in, quiet, convenient location, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping, very clean, nice pool and tons of little extras (shampoo, body wash, coffee, creamer, paper products, detergents, all your beach needs including towels and the list goes on!!) very thoughtful touches. In the house manual they say at departure don’t worry about anything just enjoy your vacation and we absolutely did!!
