Fantastic location, this cozy beach house fully remodeled with private (heated) pool located in a quiet desirable Village Green neighborhood in W Bradenton and just minutes away from Anna Maria Island. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Fishing, beach horseback riding, golf courses, dolphin & manatee tours, bike riding/walking trails, kayaking are all just few minutes away. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy some Florida sunshine!

NEWLY renovated 2 Bed 2 Bath beach style home, 1680 square feet has all the amenities & comforts of home. An easy flowing floor plan invites you into comfortable, color filled spaces. Comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The interior of this house beautifully renovated & decorated for beach loving guests to fully enjoy and relax. Custom window treatments, upgraded light fixtures, ad hand-picked furniture are the main highlights of the house. Enjoy your food at the dining table that seats up to 6 guests with views of the crystal blues pool and surrounded green landscapes. The inviting, white shells landscaped backyard features a patio, grill and fire pit. This beautiful home has everything you need and is designed to create a cozy feel for your family & friends to enjoy, relax and create lifelong memories during your stay.

Our host was phenomenal! Very helpful in every way!! Had everything we could have needed in kitchen. The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not 5 is because we felt the pool was very small...if you were wanting the place for that specific thing, I would have to say it wasn't really big enough for multiple people swimming. Would definitely book again if we didn't care about swimming!!

Great experience at the Cozy beach house

We had a great family time in this house. Very well equipped , very comfortable and clean. Good beds . Great flexibility from the owner to extend the check out time.

clean place

Property was clean and updated as ad states.Owner was very slow to reply to any and all questions! I had to keep asking for answer to my questions! When traveling you like to know anything is in place more then one day before your arrival.I asked for and was approved for a early arrival only to find I couldn't get in ! Had grocery's in the car ! After 42 minutes and many text and Calls we were let in after home owner replied they were in church,call you back soon !

Wonderful Get-a-Way

Maggie, her home and the area are a clear win for us!! Close to anything you’d want to do or anything you might need but set away from the hustle of the area. Basically 15 minutes drive from anything. The house itself had everything you could want, was clean and the communication from our hostess was fantastic! If you’re heading down to the area, this property does not disappoint!!

Amazing place to stay near the island

The place was wonderful! Photos don’t do it justice. House very clean, well decorated, loved all the little extras. The pool was so relaxing. Plenty of beach stuff. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Vacation!

The house is perfect! Beautifully decorated. Has everything you could need. Great location. Owner is wonderful. Responds quickly. Our only issue was the pool had dirt in the bottom when we got there. The pool guy came on the Friday before we left. Pool was still dirty when he left. Looked like he only put chemicals.

This is a MUST STAY! What a gem! Everything was exactly as described. Maggie is great to work with and very accommodating. Her house has everything you could possibly need. It’s close to so much and the outdoor space was where we spent most of our time. It’s super clean and updated and simply perfect. Thank you, Maggie!

Spring Getaway

This was the most thoughtfully stocked VRBO we have ever visited! Anything you could possibly need or want is available for your stay. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, exceptionally clean and perfectly laid out. It is warmly decorated with a beachy vibe and extremely comfortable. The pool was wonderful and while we didn’t have time to use the shuffleboard court or the fire pit, they certainly looked inviting. The hosts, Maggie and Peter, were very responsive and kind. We hope to return for a longer stay and recommend this home to anyone.

Just Wonderful

This location was perfect. The house was spotless. The host was the best and we cannot tell you enough how much you will love this home. May be the best I have stayed in to date. Just loved it. Neighborhood was quiet, well kept and Del Taco right down the street. Pool was clean and so well kept, the tiki bar spot was where we spent all if our time. Just wonderful.

Cozy beach house

Rental was as described no surprises. Well stocked home and kitchen. Maggie had everything you could possibly need for cooking, biking, golf, beach and pool fun. The only thing I would recommend is an upgrade to the actual beach chairs not the camp chairs. Great overall experience even though the weather was not cooperating!!

Sweet oasis

What Ana amazing home! The home is outfitted with nice electronics, plenty of games both indoor and out, as well as a heated pool. I could easily book this place again for our next visit. Communication with the host was seamless.

Just great

The house is absolutely fantastic, we have stayed here for the second time. Everything is above and beyond. We have really been able to enjoy our holiday to the full, relax and unwind. The area is beautiful and quiet, lots of good places to eat nearby (try My Thai on Cortez, best Thai ever!). Maggie and Peter were very accommodating, responsive and helpful throughout the whole time. Thank you both for another wonderful holiday in your home.

Book this one!

This house was the absolute BEST!!! You will not find a better house to stay in!!! We loved the pool, outdoor shuffle board, bikes, board games, beach toys, and just every little detail of this house! & most importantly VERY CLEAN! We cooked all our dinners in and went to a different ice cream parlor every night. The beach was only a 10-15 min drive. If we are ever back in the area again, we will definitely book with Maggie!

Amazingly beautiful home

This house was an absolute treasure to find. It’s clean and decorated so beautifully. The owners spared nothing in terms of detail. The kitchen was well stocked, there is a large spacious and comfortable living room, and the most beautiful lanai. The pool and backyard is an oasis. They have a great stock of beach chairs and umbrellas which was a big bonus and made our time @ the beach perfect It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy beaches but so centrally located that everything is just a short drive away. 10/10 would stay here again.

Perfect home for a family! The pool area was great! The house was incredibly clean and decor very cute. We loved all the beach toys and accessories that were available to us. Maggie was very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend!!

Outstanding

Even if we left earlier because of hurricane Ian, we really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful decorated and we loved to use all amenities like the gorgeous pool. We found everything we need to have a relaxed holiday. The kitchen was well maintained, the beds were perfect and we used all beach furnitures like umbrella and chairs. Can't find any negative point! Many thanks to Maggie for the help and very nice contact! Hope to come back one day!

Friend and family getaway

This was amazing and exactly as beautiful as the pics. Very clean and a perfect location-close to beaches, restaurants and great fun in the pool at the house. Tropical and relaxing decor. I would definitely recommend this place and likely will come back again in future.

Perfect house and location- great getaway!!

We had the perfect week long experience at the cozy beach house. The house was beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was awesome and we enjoyed our time at the house so much! Very close drive to beaches and great restaurants and tons to do for both adults and kids alike. Definitley plan on staying again next year!

Didn't want to leave

My family of four (with 2 teens) stayed here for 5 days and we didn't want to leave. The house is wonderful! The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house so we had plenty of room. We loved the pool and outdoor sitting area (with TV). We even learned how to play shuffleboard! My daughter loved the shell backyard! The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood so we had to drive to restaurants, but most places were only 5-15 minutes away. It was also great having a full kitchen so we even stayed in for a few nights! We are baseball fans so we loved that LECOM park was only 10 minutes away and the Tropicana Field was 40 minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area!

After visiting a friend in Bardenton, Florida, my family and I fell in love with the area and Anna Maria Island! As a family, we always wanted to find the perfect place near the beach that would be the perfect vacation spot! This home was designed and decorated to create a cozy feel and make this a home away from home for our guests.
My only wish is for you to enjoy, relax and to take good care of this home as your own. We have worked really hard to creat a cozy vacation spot for our guests to enjoy.
