*There is a washer and dryer unit in the bathroom.
*The condo has private beach access and oceanfront swimming pool.
*Enjoy a late afternoon walk on the beach, then cook up some hamburgers or seafood on the charcoal grill down by the pool.
*The optional linen package is available for an extra fee (sheet set, bath towels and kitchen towels). It is automatically charged at the time of booking so if you prefer to bring your own linens, let me know when you are ready to book and I will remove that fee from the cost.
*Please bring your own beach towels. Beach chairs and an umbrella is provided, as well as beach toys.
*There's a convenient storage closet available for use on the balcony for beach items.

*Perfect romantic get-away spot for a couple. Also suitable for a small family with young children, as Surfside Beach is known as "The Family Beach."
*There is no elevator in this condominium but it is only 15 stair steps to our unit.
*One parking space per stay and sorry, no trailers allowed.
*Minimum stay is 3 nights.
