Surfside Beach is conveniently located near many family-friendly Myrtle Beach attractions such as Brookgreen Gardens, Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, SkyWheel, Myrtle Waves, and Family Kingdom just to list some of the many options.

Your temporary beach residence at Channel Marker is a 3rd floor end unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private balcony with comfortable seating, a cozy kitchen and dining area, and most importantly Alexa in every room. You'll also have for your enjoyment an outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally April-October), an outdoor grill, free high speed Wi-Fi, and direct beach access just beyond the pool. It has 1 covered assigned parking spot as well unassigned guest spots located near the unit itself. The covered parking spot assigned to the unit is fortunately deep enough to accommodate 2 regular sized vehicles or 1 vehicle and a golf cart. That said, please note that no trailers are allowed on the property due to the parking lot being somewhat small. There is a city parking lot about a block away. Also please note that per Surfside Beach Fire Dept safety regulations, no storage is allowed underneath the building or stairs, e.g. no beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. Unfortunately the building has no elevator and also no pets or smokers are allowed.

The spacious master bedroom has its own unobstructed beach &ocean view, a king size bed, a small closet, a chest of drawers, an en suite bathroom with a newly tiled shower, and also a wall-mounted 4K smart television to watch (assuming you can keep your eyes off that mesmerizing ocean view).

In the 2nd bedroom, guests will be able to snuggle up for a good night's rest in the comfy Captain's bunk. This room has a wall-mounted 4-K smart television as well. which rests on a swivel mount for easier viewing. The guest bedroom also includes a chest of drawers and a small closet. The guest bathroom comes equipped with a tub/shower.

For yet even more convenience, your temporary vacation condo comes stocked with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and ample bed and bath linens for both bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate its maximum of 6 guests. For your laundry needs, in the master bathroom you'll discover a washer/dryer combo able to accommodate small loads.

The living room, designed to simultaneously enhance conversation and ocean viewing, has a full size sofa, 2 comfortable chairs, a wall-mounted 4K smart television with lots of cable tv channels to choose from. For your total enjoyment, the living room's 4K smart tv includes Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Discovery+, Pluto, Pandora, and much, much more.

You'll be able to use Alexa to help make certain you have no unanswered questions during your vacation. For example you may need answers to questions such as: When is high tide? Where can I buy pizza? What time do the Tanger Outlets open? Where is the nearest golf course? What's the best route back to my home town? etc. Alexa also controls the living room and bedroom lighting.

Also found in the living room is direct access to your private balcony. The private balcony has unobstructed views of the swimming pool, beach, and Atlantic ocean. You'll be able to use those unobstructed views to witness and take pictures of the stunning, picturesque sight of the morning sun rising over the majestic Atlantic.

Your fully equipped kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, i.e. microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher as well as garbage disposal for all your cooking needs. There's no need to worry about cookware, flatware, or even dinnerware. For further convenience, the stainless steel cookware is both ovenproof and dishwasher safe. Don't forget to bring your favorite K-cups! The kitchen has both a coffee maker and a Keurig to prepare your favorite cup of morning Joe. For intimate dining, bar stools located at the counter are at your disposal.
