Stunning six person Townhome w/ Attached Double Car Garage at a VERY FAIR Price!
Stylish and elegant, this 3 bedroom townhome is conveniently located on Warm Springs Road just 1.5 miles from downtown Ketchum. A car is not necessary as we are literally situated across the street from Mountain Rides, the free local bus system, which can whiz you into Ketchum in about 2 minutes! On our side of the street you can catch the bus going in the opposite direction which takes you to the foot of Warm Springs ski lift and the new Warm Springs Lodge! It is definitely recommended to use the bus system when you go skiing as parking is at a premium and rather expensive.

Our Townhome will delight your senses beginning with our new large custom- made couch from Crate and Barrel. Two people can easily lay on it and enjoy reading, watching HD TV, or just warming up by the gas fireplace. .

You will stay toasty warm as the radiant floors throughout the home heats up with a clean non allergenic heat. You will not feel that “overheated” sensation that often accompanies forced air electric or gas heating. This superb method of heating is quite evident as soon as you turn the thermostat up at any of the 6 stations giving you the ability to distribute more heat in one room as opposed to a room you may not be using!
Directly off of the dining area, which sits 6 people, Is a covered little deck....Lovely to sit out in the evening and listen to the birds sing!

All three bedrooms are wonderful with lovely cotton linens. The master bedroom has a brand new “Saatva” luxury mattress which guarantees you a peaceful nights rest! Down the hall from the master bedroom is the second bedroom complete with a lovely queen size bed and an attached bathroom. The double bedroom downstairs is like a perfect little spa for the guest who wants a quiet tranquil setting. A brand new LG stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located across the hall from this bedroom.
The Master bath is quite large and accommodates a two sink vanity with a luxurious jetted tub... a separate shower completes the room.
The wonderful kitchen is a cooks paradise containing all high -end stainless steel appliances.
Finally, A private double car garage tops off all the wonderful amenities this Townhome affords. This is a must during heavy winter storms!
