Beach view was unobstructed. Room was clean. Nice balcony to sit on and look out over the ocean. This room was a nice location as it was on the second floor. Not far to get to from the beach/pool/cafe/parking. Cafe had excellent food at a good price. Within walking distance to a couple of beach stores.

Great location!

Very clean property and great location. Close to the pools and the beach is just a short walk away. Will definitely book again.

Family Fun!

This was the perfect stay for our family (Grandparents, with a 2 and 4 year old). The beach was fabulous, and we enjoyed the rental chairs and umbrellas, and the pools could not have been better for the kids. The tiki bar was a plus! The ability to grill out (with a fresh Fish Market next door!) and the waterpark across the street made the location prime.

Nice Place! Would Stay Here Again!

This was a very nice unit and we had a very pleasant stay! It was clean and we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here in this unit again.

Family Beach Trip

The condo was decorated nicely and had plenty of towels and bedding, even for the sofa bed. The pools were great and close access to the most gorgeous beach! We had a great time!!

Great condo

Super happy with the rental! Clean, and the kitchen had all the items you could need. The property overall is very well kept, and has great amenities! The beach is rather busy, but that's about the only downfall.

Very Happy

Overall, We were very pleased with our stay. The condo had some wear & tear, but otherwise clean. We had our 2 little kids with us so the location was perfect for using the elevator & bringing stuff to/from. The facility is awesome for families. The beach was very close making it easy to bring all of our stuff. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful view

Property has a great location to beach. Shower heads in bathrooms were not great, a bit more than a trickle and tepid water. Blanket for soda bed in livingroom smelled of dog. Kitchen was fantastic! Beds clean & comfy.

Yearly vacation

The condo we stayed in was exactly like the pictures we saw when we booked it. Balcony was larger than I thought which we loved being able to use and have plenty of room. The only issue was you had to slam the front door in order for it to close completely, it was open when we arrived.

Beautiful Destin summer Getaway

Beautiful property and surroundings. Closely located to stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time in Destin, minus the unfriendly beach umbrella and chair guys. They were rude and unfriendly to speak and deal with. Not sure if they are part of the property or a third party vendor.

Loved it!

This was a wonderful condo with lots to do, close to the action, and definitely met our needs for the price. It was clean, had nice pools, tiki bar by the pool/beach with music, fully stocked with comfortable beds!! It was small… one king and one double for four people but offered everything we needed. I would recommend this condo if you’re looking for a cheaper place right on the beach that was fun and relaxing at the same time!! If you’re looking for a great spring break with teenagers, this is a safe and wonderful spot!!! Thank you Destin!!! We will be back ♥️

Location great, room needs updates.

The location is beautiful. The pools and pool bar are all beautiful. The place itself is very strict, band needed to be worn at all times, cant set up your own beach stuff near water. While that didn't really bother us, you would think with how strict they are for guests, the standards for the rooms would be really high. The kitchen was nice, living room was okay (couch was filthy), and the bedrooms and bathrooms were not good at all. The guest bedroom: bed frame definitely was broken because one side of the bed sunk in. Both bathrooms had black mold EVERYWHERE in the shower (even in the shower head!!). Overall the location is nice, just needs some upgrades and cleaning.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately some Homeowner associations are strict in the area. We will be sure to have the furniture professionally steam clean and make our housekeeping team aware of the mildew in the bathrooms. We will also have the bed frame looked at and repaired or replaced if needed.

Great location on the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean & exactly as described. Walk to the pools & beach was quick. From room to feet in the sand was 2 minutes. Couch could have been a bit more comfortable according to my husband. Bring anything you would need to cook as far as seasonings etc, as there is no supply. Bring soap pumps as there’s only small bars to wash your hands. I brought extra toilet paper, foil & baggies to store leftovers. Would stay here again since it is so close to the pools, beach & restaurants! My 2 teenage sons loved all of the pool choices & so did I! Don’t forget to check out the little hidden hot tub behind the tiki bar. We didn’t discover it until our second to last day. 😆 Great place to relax & have fun!!!
