Please note: There will be ongoing construction from December 2025 through March 2026. The project includes the parking garage, tennis courts, and perimeter fencing. During this time, the upper parking garage, tennis/pickleball courts, and EV chargers will be unavailable, and sections of the covered parking garage may also close temporarily. Workers may be seen or heard.

This inviting condo has it all, from free WiFi to an in-room washer and dryer to help keep your clothes clean on vacation. The open living room invites you to curl up on the couch and watch your favorite movie before bed in the evening. Beach view was amazing and with the room being on the 19th floor you could immediately hear the beach as soon as you opened the sliding door to the balcony. Our family will definitely stay here again if the room is available.

Great Place will book again, being on the beach is everything. I took my own beach stuff and it made all the difference. Pools are awesome and family oriented environment. I would recommend for sure.

As advertised

Condi was as advertised. Very clean. Good location. Elevators were the only issue and tgat wws due to volume at resort and age of the facility.

Great place needs a few things

Needs extra blankets. Be nice to have full large dish soap and dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels so you don’t have to buy so much at grocery store. And not sure if people leave things like coffee, filters, spices etc but there was none there so you have to buy everything. I left stuff and it’d be Nice if those things stayed for the next guest and cleaning crew wouldn’t just throw out.

A little misleading

I thought that there would be beach equipment available, but it was actually available at an extra cost. There were no leftover beach toys or items from previous guests, which was unexpected. The photos made it seem like you could have a direct view of the ocean, but the lights from the waterpark across the street affected the view. The ceilings were peeling and it needs an update.

Good Overall

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beaches are a little more crowded than we would like. But the condo had everything we needed. It was clean enough but it could have been better. There was a pair of underwear from a previous guest was under the guest room bed. And a little mold in the corners of the bathrooms and ceiling of the kitchen. Fan in the guest room needs repair as when set on a higher level it looked like it was going to fall off the ceiling.

The condo had a great view and we enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is if you tell everyone there is no smoking or vaping on the property then the staff should not be smoking or vaping wherever they want.

Absolutely breath taking!

This condo was absolutely beautiful, the view from the balcony was GREAT!!!! It had everything we needed to cook. It felt like home away from home, quick walk to the beach, close to a lot of the restaurants and attractions, the staff was just amazing and very kind. We absolutely loved it and will be staying here when we come to vacation again!

Nice place to see the Emerald Coast. Needs a few upgrades but we were comfortable and everything worked.

Terrible property management

Southern vacation rentals for this property is the absolute worst. Not only did I have to spend 3 days calling and calling on the phone to just get a blanket for 1 of the beds (that was not provided during check in) we found molded pizza in the oven and most of their pots and pans cover in stuck on food. When confronted I was offered 10% back ($91) which didn’t even cover the tab for having to eat out due to the dirtiness of their kitchen amenities. I was so embarrassed I brought my friends to this place. I will never book with this rental company again.

NOT worth the MONEY

To begin with, perhaps we went in with too high of expectations- however, the condo itself was beyond cheap. Walls looked unfinished/unpainted in some areas. Filled with cheapest appliances, mattress was extremely stiff... It would have turned the entire trip around had we not been using utensils and hardware that came from the dollar tree. I wouldn’t of minded staying here- but for a much cheaper price. The resort itself was nice, however there were SO MANY rules blasted everywhere it felt trapped. We understand the reason for all of the rules, but it was so overbearing. We were watching the resort guests at the resort next to us have a great time and honestly were so jealous- they had live music, games, and everyone looked so free. We stayed at SunDestin afterwards and what a world of a difference.

The Pelican Beach was a nice resort. Pools where great and location is great. The condo was more like a cheap college apartment. Outdated and not as clean as I expected. Needs new furniture, drapes and a good floor cleaning/ polishing. Service fees, cleaning fees were over priced.
