Stunningly situated on 28 acres of private land overlooking Cadillac Mountain to the east and Blue Hill sunsets to the west, this beautiful, brand-new, three-story chalet sits atop a hill with fabulous views and easy access to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. This secluded home is perfect for families seeking a tranquil escape. It offers two levels of glass overlooking the mountains and plenty of space on the large first-floor 'Cadillac' patio, the second-floor 'Mountains' deck, and the third-floor 'Sunset' deck to soak up the sunshine and wonderful views! A full kitchen with modern appliances is available, as are plentiful dining space and a stone propane fireplace for wonderful nights spent at home.

This private home sits at the end of a half-mile paved road at the top of a 500-foot hill, just 100 feet from the boundary of Acadia National Park and a short drive from the Eagle Lake trailheads.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
