It’s a beautiful property, inside and out. If you want to be on the river this is the place to be!

We had a really good experience but was disappointed when we were told at check in that we couldn’t have outside visitors . My family was in town visiting my son who goes to school in San Marcos . We were hesitant at that point to stay there in fear of them being arrested ( that’s what we were told) if they ( he and his girlfriend) were there visiting.

I'm so glad that you had a wonderful stay at this property! I apologize for any confusion about additional guests, as it is clearly stated in the listing the maximum occupancy and that additional guests are not permitted, or they would be escorted off the property. I hope that we will get to host you again on your next trip to beautiful New Braunfels! Thanks, NBE

Family Vacation

Great place for a family vacation. This rental is beautiful inside and has plenty of space. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, blender, coffee maker (with filters) plus a keurig, toaster oven, tupperware, silverware, everything! Grill on the patio is propane. Both bathrooms is stand up shower only, no tub in case you bring little ones. We will definitely return on our next vacation to the River.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has it all for your relaxing river vacation! Beautifully decorated....nice and clean, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! You can access the river right in front of the condo...or walk next door if you want to go tubing (shuttle service available). One evening we drove into Gruene and had a wonderful dinner at Gristmill. Loved all the neat shops in downtown Gruene, so even stopped by on our way home. Great location...would definitely recommend to anyone looking for fun and relaxing trip to the river!
