Treetop Retreat is a privately owned condo at Waterwheel Condominiums on the Guadalupe River in New Braunfels. Our ultra-private 3rd floor end unit offers a private balcony and no foot-traffic in front of your door or noise above you. Access is easy with the elevator in front of the C building...just a short walk across the terrace. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony facing the beautiful Guadalupe river-front expanse. With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest room, and a full size sleeper sofa, this unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

Waterwheel is a condominium community of privately-owned homes nestled in a residential neighborhood, offering the tranquil feel of a river-front retreat while being right off center of the heart of New Braunfels action. Lounge at one of the two pools, soak in one of the four hot tubs. Plant your camping chair in the river and read a book or fish to your heart's content. Walk or drive 6 blocks to Schlitterbahn. Walk around the corner to Cypress Bend Park for a short float back to Waterwheel. Drive to Hinman Island, Landa Park, downtown New Braunfels, or Historic Gruene in under 5 minutes.

Enjoy all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, and cable TV. Enjoy personal touches ...tubes and air pumps are provided for guests to use along with a host of tubing information. Books, board games, and dvd's are waiting for you when you come in from fun in the sun. Plenty of local-area information is available to help you plan your adventures, and I'm always available to answer your questions.

There is a private bathroom with shower-tub in the master bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower with entry to the hall and second bedroom. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, and garbage disposal. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of flatware, cookware, and dishes, along with consumables such as coffee, sweeteners, and creamer, dish soap, laundry soap, and paper towels. There is a stack-able washer and dryer and plenty of extra linens.

The door is equipped with a digital lock, and each guest receives a unique code for their stay. No need to check in anywhere, and no waiting around for a manager to bring you a key. Arrive, let yourself in, and make yourself at home!
