With a large dining room table, open kitchen and several sitting areas, Spring Cove House is an ideal place to entertain a large group or to relax and enjoy a peaceful family evening. The main level has a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking supplies necessary to create delicious meals. The screened in porch opens to a deck with a pergola, fan, and festive lights for outdoor enjoyment. Just off the sitting area is a den with a sleeper sofa, which can be converted into a comfortable full bed complete with a regular full mattress. There's a half bath and laundry room right next to the den.

Upstairs, there are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms: a primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite with a garden tub, step-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet; a second bedroom with a queen bed; and a third bedroom with a queen bed. The hallway has a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The basement level has a large bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, and a large living area with a wet bar complete with microwave, cabinets, and an eating/craft area. There is a full size futon in the large sitting area. This room leads to an outdoor covered patio with a beautiful outdoor wood burning fireplace, ceiling fans, and a large fenced in backyard with a mountain view to enjoy any time of the year.

The neighborhood has several wooded walking trails which wind through several acres along Lickinghole Creek and Reservoir and toward Crozet Park. There is a community fitness center and outdoor swimming pool which renters are allowed to access.
