Family friendly beautiful single home walking distance to airport and 5 minute away from Chris Greene Lake which is absolutely wonderful park! Obviously the lake is a huge attraction, swimming, boating/kayaking/rafting, fishing and so much more. .
If your looking for a very comfortable house to stay in Charlottesville or visiting friends and family, this is the house for you.

2,500 sq ft house. A gem for not being far from Charlottesville Down town. located in , Virginia, 2 minutes away from Hollymead shopping center. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

House will sleep up to 8 people, 3 bedrooms, huge living room, 2 full bathrooms, 1king, 1 queen,1 full, 2 sofa beds, and 1 bunk bed. House has central heat and air. All linens provided, fully stocked kitchen including dishes, washer and dryer, 4 hdtv's and high speed wifi. Completely fenced in backyard.

The house was spotless when we arrived. The host was very responsive to messages. We did not have any conflicts with the airport being close. We didn't even notice the sounds of the airport. We were also very close to different shops and attractions. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

The rooms were clean and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by how much space the house had! The biggest “downfall” (if I had to look for one) is how steep the driveway is. We opted to park in the street because of that but not a big deal.

Number of beds included a child-sized loft (NOT adult-sized, not mentioned in listing and NOT accessible by an adult).Limited amenities: no paper towels, no tissues, old, clumpy dishwasher detergent. A truck was left in the driveway and inquiries to the owner were un-answered. Recomendation:Add folding luggage racks in bedrooms.

We would like to clarify that the home offers ample sleeping arrangements, including one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, one full-size bed, and two reclining sofas (one of which is queen-size in the living room). This setup is designed to comfortably accommodate the number of guests stated in the listing. The loft is intended for children and is consistent with the description provided. We will review the wording to ensure this is as clear as possible for future guests. Regarding amenities, the home is stocked with essential supplies for the start of each stay. We appreciate your suggestion about adding luggage racks and will take it into consideration. We strive to provide clear information and a comfortable experience for all guests and appreciate your input.

I had a great stay at this rental house. The place was very clean and well-organized, which made it super comfortable from the start. Incredible house!

We stayed here for a chill bachelorette party. The location was convenient — close to town and a quick drive to wineries. It is super spacious — we had plenty of room for 8 people and nice common spaces. Would definitely stay again!

Well maintained and convenient location

Place is clean and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to the town center. We were there for our son’s graduation. 15 -20 minutes drive to the university. All went well for us.happy with the stay.

Family Wedding

3 night stay for son's wedding. Close to hotel that was home base for wedding party, and close to Early Mountain Vineyard, which is where the wedding took place. House was clean and comfortable.

Great living space!

The living spaces are very roomy and great for families to gather. Neighborhood is quiet. I love that I was able to bring my dog along. Some of the pictures need to be updated and the description/amenities need to be updated as some of them are not accurate. Communication with the owner was great and check-in was simple. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future!
