Newly constructed Clifftop home with captivating views on Northern Lake George! This custom built, contemporary three bedroom, two bath home, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, with exquisite craftsmanship and architecture, is the perfect blend of glass, stone and wood. Our shared waterfront can be reached via a 150' path where you can swim off the deepwater dock or relax on our large sundeck. A boat slip (max 20' boat) is available as well for our guests to use.

There are 3 outdoor sitting areas; a large rear deck poised on a 40-foot bluff which can be accessed from the great room and master bedroom, a smaller deck can be reach from the second bedroom and a covered sitting area can be accessed from the lowest level of the home, where we have a new outdoor hot tub. Included are 4 kayaks for our guests to enjoy and a 20' boat slip at the oversized association dock for those who choose to bring their boat, or rent from one of the local marinas.

2 vehicles can be parked at the home. A 3rd vehicle may be accommodated if needed. There is a parking area for a boat trailer up the road on association property.

Four-wheel drive vehicle is necessary in the snowy months, which is a beautiful time of year to visit. Two pairs of snowshoes are included with the home to take advantage of the 60+ acres of Association land and hiking.
