You will find a lovely home with a quiet backyard, comfortable outdoor furniture with gas and charcoal grills and firepit. Three bedrooms, three baths, sleeps nine (2 kings, 1 double, 1 twin, pull-out couch for 2). Recently-updated gourmet kitchen, cozy sitting area with TV, wifi, internet and cable. Spacious master bedroom with master bath and walk-in closet, two additional large bedrooms with bath. It is a home in the city yet you feel you are in the country. Quiet, surrounded by mature trees and beautiful gardens. Conveniently located one mile from State Fair Park, three miles from American Family Field and five miles from downtown Milwaukee.

Really nice home!

Great stay in MKE to visit son at school. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the home and the layout worked great for us.

We’ve been using VRBO for 10 years and this was hands down our best experience. Steve and Laura’s place in Tosa was absolutely perfect – the house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed.But what really made this special were the hosts themselves. Steve and Laura were amazing to work with – super responsive, helpful, and clearly care about making sure their guests have a great time. Check-in was smooth and the homemade cookies were amazing.The location was ideal too – quiet neighborhood but close to everything in Tosa/Milwaukee. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Steve and Laura have set the bar really high!Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Idyllic home

This home is stunning! The location is perfect, very central to everything. The beds are super comfy, as is all of the furniture. We spent most of our time out on the patio. The landscaping is so pretty! The gourmet kitchen has everything you could possibly want. Laura even graciously made food and drinks available to us. We wouldn't normally take advantage of that offer, but our flight was delayed and we arrived after the stores and restaurants were closed so we were grateful. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Immaculate, Adorable and Comfortable Home Conveniently Located

This home offers convenience to the city while still providing the benefits of a quaint neighborhood. The home is so well-appointed and the surrounding gardens and landscaping are just beautiful. I felt as if I was in a ‘House Beautiful’ magazine shoot. My family and I were very comfortable and Steve was very timely and helpful with all of my questions. I was there with my brother and sister-in-law and my adult children, but this would work well for families with young kids, friends or couples. The neighborhood is really quaint and great for walking/running. And Starbucks is about a 7 minute walk away. Just about anything else you could need (grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, gas stations, restaurants) are within a two to three minute drive. Perfection in my book.

Fabulous Find in Wauwatosa

Now that our children are adults and spread across the country, we like to travel to different locations to celebrate Thanksgiving as a family. This year we chose to celebrate the holiday in Wauwatosa, in the perfect VRBO rental, so we would be near our newest family member (our first grandchild). The home was beautifully furnished, spacious, and inviting. The kitchen was modern and stocked with everything you could imagine. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for us to spread out to work remotely. Laura and Steve could not have been more accommodating, checking in to be certain things were going well, offering helpful information to ensure we had what we needed, assuring us that we were welcome to use anything in the kitchen (including their own supplies), and even offering the use of their hats, coats, and gloves to fend off the cold! It was a delight to learn that every member of our family was pleased with the selection of our 2022 Thanksgiving rental. Thank you, Laura and Steve!
