Communication from the host was the best I've ever experienced. The beds were comfortable. The space is exactly as it appears in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. There is abundant street parking. There were plenty of supplies like dishwasher soap, paper towels, trash bags...etc.. The light switches and kitchen cabinets are all labeled which is a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for r situation, how ever some of online pictures did not match but overall a good experience, just thought for the large some of money we spent for the rental of the property it would of matched. Also the parking ticket for parking 2 feet to close to driveway, was a bit ridiculous.

This place is an absolute gemā€”fun, unique, and full of personality. From the eye-catching exterior to all the thoughtful little details inside, itā€™s clear a lot of care went into creating such a memorable space.Fong was outstanding to work with. Communication was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Truly top-tier hospitality.Just a quick note for future guests (not a negative at all): the second bathroom is located downstairs off the laundry room. I initially missed that in the listing and was briefly confused, but it wasnā€™t an issue once I figured it out.The location couldnā€™t be betterā€”close enough to downtown for an easy, inexpensive Lyft ride, yet tucked away in an area that feels very safe and relaxed. For locals especially, this is the perfect staycation spot. Great vibes, great experienceā€”Iā€™d absolutely stay here again.
