This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, oceanfront condo is conveniently located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This unit can sleep up to 10 people with a 2 kings, 2 queens and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Summit, located at 4701 S. Ocean Blvd. in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach is a great place to stay while on vacation. This oceanfront resort features an outdoor pool (open seasonally and heated when needed), a sundeck, BBQ & picnic area, free parking, and wireless internet.

Unit 6F is beautifully decorated and well kept. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and a washer & dryer in the unit. From the oceanfront balcony, you have beautiful view of the ocean & pool area.

With so many attractions, restaurants, museums, shopping, and shows to choose from, you are sure to stay busy while on vacation in North Myrtle Beach but this condo is a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy life at the beach!!

Only 2 parking passes per unit. 1 car onsite & 1 car across the street, 1 row back.

Very small pool closes at 8pm, 2nd bedroom windows leak soaking everything on the floor. Parking was an issue had to park in overflow lot almost every night. Location was good .

This is a nice central location! Comfortable and nicely furnished. It was extremely nice to just go downs stairs and be a few feet from the beach.

This property was perfect for my family. Close to shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach. The beds slept very good. The property was very clean. The host emailed very promptly everything my family needed to know for check in and departure. Definitely a 5 star review!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our experience at this place was very good. Extremely clean, great location on the beach, very good parking. The only (minor) gripes were not enough toilet paper for 4 days, not as big as the title of the place would indicate, and condensation on the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. I would recommend it highly to 4 golfers (or 4 couples) who just wanted a place to crash at the end of the day.

Family vacation with a hint of the ocean physically in the condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was good for a family, and the location and patio were awesome; however, the condo needs updated furniture. The property was dirty, and the windows, closets, and bathrooms needed professional cleaning. My sister and I had to buy Lysol wipes, a mop, and a broom to clean it. The worst part of our trip was that the condo smelled like fish/sewer from the moment we entered, and it stayed that way for our entire stay. It was in the pipes or something. We contacted the rental office three or four times, and they sent a maintenance guy once. We kept contacting the rental office but eventually gave up trying to resolve the smell. I don’t want to be all negative, but most people going to the beach don’t want to deal with maintenance or cleanliness issues. That being said, the condo has a great location and space, but it seems the owner isn't investing in maintenance. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone sensitive to smells or dust.If paying a property manager, ensure they are responsive to guests renting the property. They weren't rude, but they made excuses for why they couldn’t send a maintenance person on the weekend or thought we were making the fish smell up.

We had a great time. Excellent oceanfront view. Loved that the beach wasn't crowded. The condo had everything we needed. Great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a great size and has a beautiful oceanfront view. However, the cleanliness of the unit was disappointing. There were spider webs throughout the condo, and the floors were dusty it wasn't sand it was dust, making it seem like they had not been swept in some time. Under the sofas was very dirty, and behind the front door there were dead insects and more spider webs.Additionally, the sink in the middle bathroom was not working properly during our stay.Overall, the condo itself is a great place with a fantastic view and plenty of space. The main issue was the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. With better cleaning, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Lovely vacation

Clean and comfortable, great ocean views. Easy walk down to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, etc for cooking.

Wonderful stay

Everyone had a wonderful stay! Great views, plenty of parking, excellent proximity to attractions, never had to wait for an elevator or a luggage/shopping cart. However, my wife's only complaint was the limited pots & pans for cooking meals.

Family vacation 2023

We enjoyed the stay. It was a little small for all of us but we didn’t mind. It was nicely decorated and we had everything we needed for cooking at night. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was as well.

Great family trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time with family during our long Holiday weekend at the beach. We made a couple calls about the place when we arrived and they were very quick to call back and help us solving the minor issues we had. Super impressed by the quick response and it was even after hours. We are ready to go back!!
