Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair. This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit has 1 King, 2 Double, 4 Twin and sleeping 10 people.

There is an excellent ocean view from this 9th floor balcony. All bedrooms have a 25” flat screen TV w/built in DVD players and a 42” LCD Flat screen HDTV in the Living room. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, side by side refrigerator with in-door water and ice. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as Internet access. In the Master bedroom there is the gorgeous view from the balcony as well as a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower for your relaxation. For amenities on the property there are outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub along with a delightful lazy river and a kiddie pool. For those adults that like working out there is a glass enclosed exercise room with a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool areas. This property is NOT motorcycle friendly!!

This was the perfect location for our quick family getaway to N Myrtle. The location was ideal and access to the beach was fast and easy. The views were amazing!

Great location, lots to do!

Very much enjoyed our stay, even with the rain most of the week we still hot in the lazy river and hot tub. On the one sunny day we had, the beach was right close by to enjoy!

North Beach Realty is the best. The property was beautiful and I look forward to returning. This was a small family reunion and we had a blast. So close to the beach, great parking. It was so worth it!

This property is in a quiet living location with life nearby. The facility itself was clean and spacious. It had an indoor heated pool and an outside Jacuzzi. The balcony has a great view of the beach.

Nice place

A very nice and clean place. If there was one or two criticisms, it would be that the pots and pans to cook with were very old and hard to use. Also, the lack of basic cleaning items, spray for the kitchen and a sponge or two, made it hard to clean the kitchen. Other than that, it was a very nice condo and we enjoyed ourselves.

Best Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this vacation condo! Our family of 10 had more than enough space. Bonus was having a bathroom/shower in every bedroom! Perfect location and short walk to the beach. We will definitely book again! Thank you for sharing your beach home with us. Priceless memories were made. ❤️❤️

Good enough

The unit was large and accommodated our group very well. The bedrooms and bathrooms really need to be updated. The beds arent very comfortable and the bed linens were cheap. The kitchen and dining area was very comfortable being the only space that seems to have been updated. We were not able to redeem any "free attraction tickets" we never got an answer or return call from the service number provider. Won't be choosing this property again.

Upgrades needed

The house was definitely appropriate for seven people, the accommodations were perfect! However, the floor was dirty, the couches were filthy, some of the lamps did not work, and the master bathroom and the bathroom with the full beds in it the sinks, drained, extremely slow.

The kitchen was equipped with appliances and cookware and utensils. The laundry was convenient. We were able to enjoy the ocean view and enjoy sunrise and sunsets from the balcony. I wish they had a outdoor pool but other than that our vacation was fabulous!
