the couches were not comfortable for sitting,...there were 2 bugs..it's the beach;...they are bionic

there were no tall chairs on the deck...problem...overall it was good ..really missed good deck chairs...the storm door is out of square, so it wouldn't close...the beds were very comfortable...thank you

A wifi code was provided but the speed was too slow to run on our devices, So it was basically useless.

Beach getaway

The condo was in a great location with beautiful views. The condo itself needs a few repairs the ceiling tiles are falling down in the hallway, the tub in the hallway bathroom backs up with water and sand when you shower, kitchen cabinets do not close properly, the handle to the screen door kept falling off and the TV in the master bedroom stopped working after 2 days. I did send a message to the management company and I never heard back.

Sheets were dirty, super dusty place and roaches!!

We have stayed at multiple inlet point properties and have had the most amazing time, this specific unit is dirty and has roaches! I messaged about "bugs" from another post prior to coming and was I formed that there were none . The pull put couch is filthy and super thin. This specific unit is leased by a rental agency instead of going through the owners. Will not be back at this unit again. The property and all other units we have stayed were fantastic and super clean. The pool is great and views of course are amazing. The twin beds aren't super comfy the queen is decent. I had to wash all sheets upon arrival as they were clearly dirty. Wallpaper is peeling off walls and held up by tape in places.

Unfortunately, the team was not made aware of any issues with housekeeping, as not only does Grand Strand Resort pride them selves in customer service, our housekeeping staff does as well.

First time VRBO

This property is a gem in a bit of rough. The view from the second story porch is beautiful. And access to the beach is right there. This is in a gated community, and unfortunately the owner only gave us one key to the gate. Since the two couples were going in different directions several times in the week, we each had to make accomodations to make sure we were there when the other couple needed to get into the resort. This information was not given in the explanation of the property and we were not informed of this fact until the afternoon we were traveling to South Carolina. A little late to make any changes. In truth, had we known that there was only one gate key, we would not have booked this property. We will not book a gated commmunity again. The living room, kitchen and dining area were all neat and tidy. The tubs in the bathrooms apparently did not have good support under them because they groaned a bit with movement. The master bed seemed to have a valley in it and the two beds in the spare room had springs in the mattresses so turning in bed or movement made them squeak. I would not recommend this for small children as there are three flights of stairs to the second floor and there are no backs on the steps. A small child could fall through. For adults, the stairs are fine. Our daughter was waiting for us to experience this VRBO to see how we liked it, so she might book it next year. With a great grandaughter who is very small we decided no. But

Inlet point villas is a great place at cherry grove

Place was nice but saw lots of bugs. Some updates in condo are needed. Mattress in main bedroom was very comfortable. Nice place to stay

Our Happy Place

Inlet Point Villas is great vacation spot away from all the crowds and noise. This particular unit could use a little updating tlc, but it is clean, functional, and has an outstanding view! The property manager was very responsive with answers to my questions pre-arrival and we had no issues during our stay. We enjoyed our time and are looking forward to a return visit.

The property was exactly as expected! Beautiful view of the inlet from the porch. In the distance is the ocean. Huge sand dune area. This particular unit was not pet friendly, but the area is. Easy access to inlet beach area, parking was easy too. A little bit of a walk to the beach (about 2 blocks). Gated community and cannot walk out through the gate (can walk in with keycard). Community was friendly with owners and renters. Very clean.

the unit was clean and a perfect spot to see beach and the inlet.Fisherman's paradise.I would have liked more toilet paper and the decor could use an update.Price was high but I guess that is the price for that area.I would stay there again with a fishing pole and a kayak.I
