Quiet Ocean/Inlet Gated Community!

Bring your family and friends to this great condo at Cherry Grove. It has access to a beautiful inlet and Waites Island for crabbing, fishing, boating, kayaking, and other water sports. The inlet opens directly to the Atlantic Ocean with shelling, sun bathing, biking, etc. available in an uncrowded setting.

The condo is in a friendly gated community with a large pool, tennis courts, outdoor grilling area and convenient parking. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and activities in the front and a small private balcony overlooks the marsh in back. The three bedrooms have wall mounted TV/DVD combinations as well as a flat screen in the den.

The unit is on the 2nd floor and has been recently redecorated; it includes a fully-equipped kitchen. The den has a queen sized sleeper sofa, a new leather recliner and several chairs. A table for eating or game playing is available as well as two bar stools.

Come to North Myrtle Beach and enjoy the fun, frolic, or peace and quiet- all in one day! Cherry Grove is a short drive from Little River for golf, deep sea fishing and casino boats.

A great place to stay. The owners were great to work with and very helpful along the way.

Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time on our vacation and we really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is absolutely perfect. It's quiet and right next to the ocean and river marsh. It was easy to get to and was close to everything we needed; restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. I would highly recommend this property to any family looking to stay in North Myrtle beach that enjoys the quieter vacation. Absolutely loved our vacation. Cannot wait to go back.

Cherry grove 3 bedroom

Condo was nice, spacious for a family of 6. Having the pool close was nice to bait on the balcony and watch the kids swim. Very short distance to walk to the beach or inlet. Owners very quick to answer questions or concerns

Best of both worlds

Condo is in a great location.. a short walk to peace and serenity on the inlet or a shot walk to waves and the ocean. This was our first stay here and we enjoyed it. 8 ft Pool was an added bonus for kids.kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook. Beds were comfy. Only three short flights of steps to room was nice as well. Furniture could use some updating but hey I’m here for the beach. Didn’t bother us as we bring our own sheets to cover where we sit. I would recommend it . I think you would be very satisfied staying here. Owners are nice and quick to communicate.

Peaceful and relaxing

Awesome condo with the most relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The channel side does not disappoint with its wildlife and the most amazing sunsets. The ocean side is not crowded and provides amazing views of the beach and ocean.

Another great stay at the Inlet!

We have stayed at Inlet Point Villas for years. This was our first time booking through VRBO and it was awesome! The Gordon’s are great hosts!

Great relaxing location

Everything we hoped for!

Our stay was so wonderful! The location is perfect! A short walk to the inlet or the beach. We alternate days on each, but we loved having the inlet so close! The condo was very spacious and clean. The rooms are laid out exactly as we had hoped! We used the community pool every evening. Used the grill several times. 2nd floor is perfect! Not many steps, but still high enough for a great view! We also had great communication with the owner! We will definitely be staying here again! We are thankful for a great vacation!

Our unit has a nice pool view and is a most sought after 3 bedroom unit, giving all in our party a private room & bath. It is a short jaunt to the beach which is lovely and much less crowded on the point where the sound meets the ocean.

My 6th year staying in this condo, it’s great. My family’s 32nd year staying at IPV all 50 + of us love it. Although over the years if anyone rented from Elliott Realty it was always a less than pleasant experience. We love VRBO.

Older but very nice

Loved having the 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The views off the bedroom in the back toward the marsh were very pretty and loved having the inlet to one side and the ocean on the other side. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean when we arrived.

We are both retired South Carolina educators who love the beach and all it has to offer. We enjoy the safety and security of the gated community, morning and evening walks on the beach, lounging by the pool, shelling, reading, and relaxing.

We chose this condo because it is quiet and overlooks both the inlet and the ocean. It is also convenient to lots of shopping and local restaurants! It is easy to maneuver about without getting caught in the heavy beach traffic.

Our children and grandchildren enjoy the freedom to explore the inlet and ocean without the overcrowding.
