Mill Creek Court Condos are located just 100 yards to Gondola One in Vail Village. You cannot be much closer to all the amenities in Vail Village than this.

This five bedroom four bath suite features 2300 square feet of living space on one level with vaulted ceiling in the living room and spectacular mountain views. The bedrooms are set up as a king in the master; two twins in two; and one queen in the other two. There is also two full kitchens and two in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning. There is no elevator access to this unit.

VRBO NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with 50% payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions).
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, with the exception of “Holiday Reservations”. Full payment for Holiday Reservations is due by November 1st. Holiday Reservations are defined as any reservation that includes any of the days from December 19th to January 2nd, inclusive.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make payment by payment due date will result in cancellation of reservation and full forfeiture of all payments.
