Very Nice

Very convenient location, easy to ski and enjoy Lionshead and Vail. The condo was well stocked, and we really enjoyed the big window views.

Keep looking, not recommended

This was by far the worst VRBO I have ever rented. The property is not as advertised. It is NOT a luxury rental in any way at all. This property was dirty, 2 beds had sheets that had not been changed. The property is extremely small, there is very little room to unpack. For 4 bds, there was only one humidifier. The master bath has a layout where you have to go through the shower area to get to the toilet. The shower drain did not drain well so it was always a hazard to get to the toilet unless you put a towel down to walk through the shower. The property is advertised as having 3 bathtubs. It does actually have 3 tubs, however, there were not any plugs in the tub so they would hold water. The dining room chair seats are saggy so that when sitting at the dining room table, the table is too high for the chairs. The carpet on the stairs is worn to the point that you can see the backing of the carpet. The downstairs heat malfunctioned multiple times during our visit. The thermostat would be set to 68 and the temp in the two downstairs bedrooms would rise above 80. We were in touch with the property manager almost every day regarding new issues. On two different occasions, we were told that a cleaning crew was coming to clean. Pablo, the property mgr, did come clean boogers off walls, bring new, unwashed bedding and humidifiers but it wasn’t cleaned. He brought plugs that did not work for the tubs(he told me to just move one from tub to tub). Great location. I would not recommend.

Great Location

Really like the Landmark, it’s perfectly located. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Only issue is we thought it would be central A/C not individual units. The master bathroom had a strange design which made showering a bit difficult without getting water everywhere. Overalll it was a great stay and we really enjoyed ourselves. The pickle ball court in the back was a great bonus!

the location was a 10! the condo was quite small and tight for a 4 br 4bath. living space was very small. sink in queen bedroom clogged entire stay. the owner was very nice, for the price we spent for the week i was a little underwhelmed. pictures are much nicer then the actual place.

2 showers are missing glass. The downstairs bedroom has fixtures next to the bed that are extremely dangerous.

Great place for families!

We stayed here with another family and the condo perfectly met our needs. The pool was amazing and we spent hours there nearly everyday! The location was walkable to everything we wanted to do on the mountain. We did have one little problem with the remote batteries for the blinds but the front desk was able to help us. It was a great summer Vail experience!

Great location

Nice newly redone space in the heart of Lionshead. Our family had a great time. Amenities at Landmark are great. Heated pool. Hot tubs. Ski locker. Everything was as expected. Easy walk to lifts.

This property is awesome! My family stayed here for my wedding and it was the perfect location & size. My 7 bridemaids also has their hair and makeup done at the vrbo! Could not of stayed at a better place

Not As Advertised

The apartment is in Lions Head, which is a short bus ride to vail village. The counters, and tables were dirty when we arrived. The room smelled like someone was cooking before we arrived. The apartment is very small, and should not be a 4 bedroom apartment. There are way better places to stay in Vail for the same price or less. We actually only stayed two nights, and moved to another apartment in Vail Village for the rest of our stay. I would not recommend this apartment, unless they lower the price making it more of a value stay in Lions Head.

Great location

This property is in a fantastic location. Communication with Pablo was fantastic. He was quick to answer questions and help with a small check in issue. We did have issues with the cleanliness of the property. There were bathroom shower drains that were clogged. When looking for a remote, we found food under the couch. There were lights that were nonfunctioning. Upon pulling out the trundle in one of the rooms, the sheets were visibly dirty and had 100% not been changed. Considering that amount that this property is charging we were disappointed with the amenities.

Check in, getting a ski locker, parking passes, etc. is a bit cumbersome because though this unit is in the Landmark building, it is cleaned and managed by an outside agency. The location is terrific in Lionshead and the property itself, though it could use some updating, was perfectly adequate.

A nice home away from home.

We really enjoyed the location and amenities of the property. A bathroom in each bedroom was a plus. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well. The unit could have used wash clothes in the bathrooms and dishcloths for the kitchen. Also it needed more toilet tissue.

Christmas in Vail

The location of the property was great. The photos made the property look larger than it was. It felt small for an adult family of five. We were disappointed with the cleanliness. There were old gummy worms and crayons in the couch cushions and the master bed did not have a bottom sheet, we had to request that it get made up. Overall we enjoyed our time in Vail but the condo was not the highlight.

We really enjoy the apartment, very close to gondol one. Due to lack of snow was close. But is very close to the bus stop that takes you to village vail. Fantastic apartment!! Clean and very confortable.

Great condo!

We had 2 families of 4. Kids were 8 and 10 and the twin rooms were perfect for their ages. Every room has its own full bathroom. The location was awesome - gondola is a very short walk away, you can rent bikes and ride to Vail Village, but it’s also easy to walk. We stayed Labor Day weekend and the condo has no AC so it got a little warm, but that’s not typical of CO. We kept the shades down and windows open with fans to keep it cool. That would be the only complaint. The view is incredible, the pool and hot tubs are fantastic. Highly recommend this condo and Pablo the Property Manager is extremely helpful and returns calls and questions immediately! Wish we didn’t have to leave!
