Bedroom #1 - Sleeps 2. King or 2 twins
Bedroom #2 - Sleeps up to 5. Twin Bunk Beds (double and a triple) Designed for children only. And a Pack and Play is available
Bedroom #3 - Sleeps 2. Queen bed
Back of the home features a long spacious lanai which leads to the enclosed heated pool. Relax poolside and enjoy the warm Florida air and beautiful Palm trees.

Pet Friendly Rental! $50 per pet.
No Smoking, no exceptions. Inside and outside the property.

Property is 19 minutes (12 miles) away from RSW Airport.
Property is 20 minutes (12.6 miles) away from Fort Myers Beach.

Note: Owner lives in the home. Home set like a Duplex. Generally Owner is present in a host apartment (4th bedroom/private bath) with separate entry. Entire house is yours to use without sharing. Enjoy your stay in peace with most of the home to yourself. Common areas: driveway and outdoor walkways by pool deck ONLY. Questions, please let me know. You will not have access to host quarters or the garage.

Perfect Getaway

The house was beautiful and clean and my entire family loved our stay! Krystal was a perfect host who was friendly and extremely helpful. We are already planning two more trips in the next year and will plan on staying at this location. We highly recommend!

Comfortable stay for us and dogs

All good. House comfortable and everything we wanted- a place for us and the dogs while visiting family in Fort Myers. And can I say, the bed in the Flamingo bedroom was fabulous! Thanks, Krystal!

Ivy Inn

I was there for 2 weeks as part of my employment. It was the perfect house for our stay. The owner was very helpful and left great instructions and offers to point me in the direction of things to go and places to eat. My dog was fascinated with the pool (no, she didn’t go for a swim..just curious).

Wonderful vacation home!

This fabulous house is exactly as described and Krystal (the property manager) was amazing. The booking and communication with Krystal was clear and timely. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. There were plenty of towels and beach towels for our use. The house is in a great location, close to the baseball stadiums, restaurants, stores and especially Ft Myers beach. The pool was a wonderful place to hang out and relax! We highly recommend Ivy Inn! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

So much space for the two of us

This kitchen was one of the best-equipped out of our years of rentals all over. We walked nearly every street in the extensive QUIET neighborhood with our dog. We appreciated Netflix, a comfortable bed and the heated pool. Go to Blue Pointe for lunch/dinner nearby. Downtown Ft. Myers is also convenient. During high season, leave early for the beach. Communication with the owner was flawless.

December Getaway

We stayed for about one month during December. The house was exactly as described, the neighborhood was friendly and great for daily walking. We had our dogs with us and this property was extremely pet friendly and accommodating. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was well equipped and very clean. This location was a quiet neighborhood, but very close to everything we wanted to do while we were in Ft Myers. We would definitely recommend this property and would like to return in the future. Thank you, Krystal for being a great host!

Fort Myers Vacation

My husband and I, vacationed with my sister and her husband in Fort Myers. We had a great time! The house is centrally located for where we wanted to be. We planned on visiting family in Punta Gorda and travel to Sanibel, Pine Island, Cypress Preserve, Lover's Key for hiking, kayaking and sightseeing. The house was spacious with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything to cook meals. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels for beach and bath. And it's nice to have a washer/dryer available too. We enjoyed meeting Krystal (owner) and look forward to a return trip.

Exactly as advertised

The property was as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. There was a lovely covered pool and outside sitting area. Unfortunately it was too cold to use it during our stay. The property owner provided excellent communication. We will book here again.

Great location, so much space!

This house had more than enough space to accommodate my family of 3 and my sister-in-law and her son. The kids had a blast in the pool and the neighbors were super quiet. The owner was awesome with the communication especially with all my questions before arriving. Super easy to get in and we had a great time! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

We had such a great time here this past week! We almost had to cancel our trip due to no one being able to watch our dogs. Krystal was one of the only Vrbo owners to not have dog breed restrictions (bless her)! The place was exactly as pictured, and very spacious. She was welcoming and friendly, and was there for everything and anything we needed. We had a very relaxing time, and our dogs had a blast too. We will definitely be back to this place. Highly recommend.

Relaxing and peaceful stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ivy Inn at 23 Palms!! The home was very welcoming, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved that the location is near any store you can imagine, plus only 20 minutes from the airport as well as going to the beach early in the morning. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Loved sitting by the pool in the mornings listening to the birds and drinking my coffee. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Krystal. She is very friendly and has excellent communication. If we come back to Fort Myers, we will definitely come back to Ivy Inn at 23 Palms! Thank you Krystal!! Trish

Xmas vacation

Very nice and clean close to Fort Myers Beach. Nice heated pool. A lot of space for the 8 of us. Would rent again

Great guests! Good communicators, followed the house rules and left the home in good condition upon departure. They were wonderful to host and are welcome back anytime.
