Come and enjoy our wonderful 3 bedroom / 3 bath - 2400 square foot condo located oceanfront on the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. Beautiful sunrises will warm you and ocean sounds will soothe you as you sit on our large east and south facing wrap-around 5th floor balcony with access from the bedroom, living room and kitchen. Sliding glass doors open onto the porch which overlooks the pool and provides a wonderful view of the ocean, a perfect place to read, take a nap or just enjoy the seascape.

Rocket launches from the Cape can be seen from the south portion of the balcony.

The master suite contains a king size bed with new mattress, smart TV with cable, a large walk-in closet, and a wonderfully large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The middle bedroom is another master suite with a king bed, smart TV, dresser, updated closet, full sized sofa and bathroom right outside the bedroom and it has a Barn door that makes this a separate suite. The south bedroom has a smart TV with cable and a king sized bed with an attached bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen features a new range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, mixer, electric can opener and all the cookware and dining ware to make you feel right at home, including a nice set of decorative dishes and crystal perfect for dinner parties. The condo offers a large glass dining room table that seats 6-8 comfortably. The open kitchen design is perfect for entertaining with 4 bar stools at the countertop. The unit also features a wet bar with wine rack.

Relax in this privately owned condo with lots of extra touches including it's own washer and dryer inside the unit to make you feel right at home. One stay and you will want to return year after year.

Stay here!!!!

I cannot emphasize enough what an amazing place this is to stay! It’s like your good friend lent you their fully equipped condo. Everything you need is here! It is perfectly situated on the NON-drive part of the beach, while being convenient to everywhere you want or need to go in NSB. They have everything for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, towels. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. The hosts are just lovely people and literally make it feel like a home away from home. This is our third year here, and we will be back for as many more years as we can!

Great property and location. Private access. The staff at Ebb Tide (Robert and Michael) went out of their way to help us. It was a delightful and memorable stay.

New Smyrna Beach week

Very nice corner unit on the 5th floor . Spent a week which I have done off and on for 35+ years in NSB. I’ll have to say this is the nicest 3 bedroom we have ever booked. Nice layout for the pool and beach access. There is no driving on the beach in this area which I like especially for children.

Heaven on NSB

This is our second year, in a row, staying at this location, after staying 20 years at a different property in NSB, and this Ebb Tide unit has fully won our hearts and loyalty. The condo is so well-appointed, and it feels like home as opposed to a rental unit. It has EVERYTHING AND MORE you could possibly need for a relaxing and fun filled stay on the beach! It’s clear that the owners have stayed here and have thoughtfully and beautifully organized it for comfort and ease of use. They truly are the consummate hosts! If you haven’t stayed here - YOU NEED TO. We are looking forward to when we aren’t tied to our children’s’ spring breaks, so that we can hopefully rent it for a month, instead of just a week!! 11/10, can hardly wait for next year!

Beyond Fabulous!

This was like staying at a friend’s house instead of at a rental. It was super comfortably furnished and well-appointed, everything you could need was right at your fingertips. Caroline was very thorough and just so nice! We will definitely stay here, again. The only thing I would change would be to stay longer. :-)

Everything you'll Need!

Spacious, clean, beautiful ocean view....Owner provides everything you think you will need and some you did not know you did (Wii Sports player, lots of board games, beach boom box...). Best condo we have rented on NSB & we have rented a lot!

The condo is always clean and family friendly.

We have stayed in this condo for over 8 years. It never disappoints. It is family friendly for all ages. If an appliance needs repair it’s fixed by the end of the day. Every year we’re excited to see what updates they have done. In this area there are so many great restaurants and we walk on the beach every day since it right out your door. It’s a good place.

Our summer Vacation June 2011

A true home away from home with all the amenities you could want. This condo is truly described a paradise and I agree. We are 4 retired ladies who enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The ocean is just steps away and pristine. The pool was a welcome after ocean delight as we grilled steaks and chicken on the Bar-B-Q at poolside in the early evening. Everything you could want while you sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean and having breakfast in the early morning. The area golf courses are available to any level of play..... We chose this location because my husband's family used to vacation here for many years. Our family just loves the white sandy beaches, the waves that you can surf or boogie board, and the wide beaches. This sleepy little beach town is very charming with a quaint one street downtown, and a fun Flagler Avenue full of shops and restaurants. There is always a wonderful breeze coming off the ocean and the sunrises are incredible.

Our property is fully stocked and loaded with every amentity you will need to make your stay wonderful. Our condo is one of the few with a hot tub, pool, workout room and sauna. The ocean provides a surfers or boogie boarders paradise. Everything you need for a fantastic stay is at your fingertips.
