Mid-Century Desert Oasis Private Pool & Spa

This beautiful spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath Mid-century home is has been tastefully decorated inside and out; from the interior wood floors, kitchen, and bathrooms to the desert landscape featuring more than 40 varieties of cacti done by local desert landscaping specialists, gorgeous lap pool and spa that are seamlessly connected, citrus trees, and more.

The City of Palm Springs ID # 4220

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage.

The large front and back yards have incredible mountain views and the comfort of being in the privacy and serenity of this home and large lot nestled in a natural setting is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Located in the highly desired Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood, which is just minutes to downtown, the best hiking trails in the area, and just about everything else!

Living room and bedrooms have smart TV's . Each TV has an Amazon Fire Stick and the following apps are logged in for guests: HULU (without ads) and Paramount Plus. You may access other streaming services using your own login info, just remember to log out before you depart.

Dog Friendly. We welcome up to two (2) well behaved dogs. A Fee of $75 plus transient occupancy tax shall apply.

Tahquitz River Estates is located approx. 1.5 miles to the center of downtown.

- Per the City of Palm Springs- Primary Guest MUST be at least 25 years old, Provide a copy of his/her photo ID, and sign an actual rental agreement.

- SEPARATELY INVOICED - POOL HEATING:

Optional Pool Heating fee of $75 per night (recommended mid September thru mid May)

The above fees will be billed prior to check-in.

- Stays over 28 nights are not subject to the 12.5% transient occupancy tax, but are subject to utility fees in the summer months (please inquire prior to booking).

- Maximum number of guests shall not exceed four (4). Maximum number of cars permitted is two (2).

Beautiful location in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood. This is our second stay at the property and the host is always amazing and responsive. Great kitchen to cook in, beautiful back and front yards with views for days. The showers have insane water pressure and water is always hot. Already planning out next stay here.

This house was perfect for our visit to Palm Springs. The location is excellent. The house is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is stocked with virtually everything you need if you plan on cooking, which we did a lot of. Everything worked. We took advantage of the heated pool/spa, both of which were perfect. The only drawback was construction noise from next door, but they appeared to be finished with the work after our first week.

The house was lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Backyard was perfect. I brought my small dog and he loved running around the fenced yard. Close to town and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Great, well located Palm Springs house

My stay at the house was great. Easy to book and communicate with the management company, the house was clean and well-stocked, and it's in a great neighborhood. I'd stay again.

Another great tay

Stayed here many times over the years, and it has always been a great place. Everything is clean and in working order. We particularly like being able to use the spa without having to turn on the pool heat. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to make some great meals. Grounds are always kept very attractive. Property managers are always responsive whenever anything special is needed.

Desert Oasis

Another great stay at this classy PS mid-century home. My wife and I have been coming here for several years, and it is the only place we really like in Palm Springs. Each time we come back it is as fresh and enjoyable as the first time we stayed. Everything is well-maintained and the neighborhood is great for walking. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful and peaceful home in South Palm Springs

Gina’s home is perfect for a relaxing and tranquil vacation in Palm Springs. The house is simply and stylishly decorated with a private pool and hot tub in the back yard. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, with ample indoor and outdoor dishes and utensils. Comfortable bedrooms, each with gorgeous bathrooms and showers. All in a location close to the downtown and local hiking.

Quiet retreat

This property was just right with beautiful outdoor space and comfortable inside. We worked remotely for part of our stay and there was plenty of room to work and relax. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and very walkable. There is a beautiful mountain view from the backyard and pool and pretty great stargazing despite being in the city. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook. The host was very responsive and we had zero issues during our stay, very easy check in and check out. We visit Palm Springs frequently and will staying at this house again in the future, it was overall very lovely.

Another delightful stay in Pam Springs

My wife and I spent another delightful three nights in this lovely mid-century house in Palm Springs. We have been staying at this place for several years, and it is always in great shape and well-maintained. The neighborhood is very pleasant and great for morning walks to look at the interesting architecture. This trip we only used the heat because it was cold, unusual for PS. As always, we made use of the well-equipped kitchen to put together some casual meals. The small patio in the front yard makes a great place to relax in the cold weather because it faces south and gets plenty of sun. We will be returning here for sure in the coming months. Always a great stay.

Beautiful Birthday Getaway in Palm Springs

My friends and I celebrated my spouse's birthday in Palm Springs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It is beautiful and exceptionally well appointed and maintained as a vacation rental.For four adults, it was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the spa and pool. The mid century modern architecture and furnishings make the home feel luxurious.There are tables and chairs that make for nice places to have a cup of coffee or read a book while enjoying the landscaped gardens and private yard.Walt was an attentive but never intrusive property manager.We will look for this property the next time we book a vacation to Palm Springs. Four days was not enough time in this beautiful city. We will be back!

Desert delight

What an amazing get away we had here in Palm Springs. The accommodations were perfect: clean, beautiful open floor plan, great neighborhood, fabulous pool and spa, all necessary amenities, and easy access to downtown/food/hiking trails. Communication with the property manager was immediate and easy. Normally, we are the stay out and explore all day people, but we found ourselves hurrying back for a swim/ spa because the home/yard was so lovely. I cannot think of a single thing to have made this trip/home better. I’m so grateful for those willing to share their beautiful spaces- THANK YOU! When we return, we most definitely will stay here. 😊

A Wonderful Home Away From Home

Such an enjoyable stay. The house is a very comfortable and well equipped retreat — nicely furnished inside and out with an abundance of kitchen equipment and supplies. The private back yard pool and hot tub have stunning views of the nearby mountains; a perfect spot for watching the sunset. Front cactus garden is a visual delight. Will stay again.

Palm Springs

This was the perfect spot for us as we were attending a meeting at Smoketree Ranch. Perfectly clean, master bedroom with great king bed and wonderful bathroom with great shower. Second bedroom with very nice queen bed and bathroom right outside the bedroom. The outside has a great pool/hot tub; and a some lemon trees that smelled wonderful while we were there as they were blooming. Great sun and shade options out back. A charcoal Weber grill that works fine, with a meat thermometer if needed. The A/C works great, yet you can sleep with open windows at night as it cools down and the street is very quiet. There is a good Ralphs market within a 3 min drive, and a number of very good restaurants around the Ralphs at the entrance to Smoketree. Easy drive to downtown PS and close to the airport. Great stay!!

Better than imagined!

Everything about the home was as described, maybe better. The house is bright, airy, and quiet. It is well appointed. Great location. Walt was so helpful before, at check-in, and after. Nice communications. We would definitely rent this home again. Thank you!
