Beautiful! Remodeled Mid-Century Alexander with SALTWATER pool, spa, bikes!

Located in the very desirable Racquet Club Estates, this mid-century, modern home was built by the Alexander Construction Co.

The backyard is a private oasis and includes everything you need to sit back, relax and enjoy the Desert! It boasts a built in gas BBQ, 6-seat outdoor bar, an oversized hammock swaying between 2 large palm trees, a built-in fire pit, outdoor mega-chess set and a spaciously landscaped yard which includes a large grassy area. You'll never want to leave it!

The home has been beautifully remodeled and decorated with new floors throughout, large windows and doors and beautiful contemporary furnishings. Very open and airy. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and glass tile backsplash. It looks onto the living room with views outside to the saltwater pool, beautiful yard and the San Jacinto mountains in the background. The living room is bright and airy. Each bedroom features a flat screen TV including cable, Netflix, Hulu, and a Roku player. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with direct access to the large backyard. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The house has WiFi with indoor speakers.

The large, saltwater pool has been upgraded and includes pool floats and toys. The pool is surrounded by plenty of chaise lounges with beach towels, umbrellas and an in-ground spa , making for your own private resort-like experience.

The house is kid friendly and the yard is fully gated, creating a secure, private sanctuary. Enjoy a bike ride on one of the 6 cruiser bikes to downtown Palm Springs or the nearby parks.

This property is conveniently located just a short distance to downtown Palm Springs (2 miles to the center of town) and within minutes to markets, restaurants, shopping, and parks with tennis courts.

We loved our stay in Palm Springs. The house was perfectly appointed. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. The pool was serviced the morning we arrived. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare many meals at home, the grill was great. Ryan answered the few questions we had promptly. Hopefully I will get the chance to return as we loved Palm Springs and our VRBO.

The weather was unseasonably cool, so we did not get the opportunity to use the pool. Loved the homes location. Ryan responded to our questions within a few minutes of receiving our text messages. Great home for 2 couples to share.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was stocked perfectly with anything we could have needed. We enjoyed the pool so much that we left the house very little. There was road noise and airport noise but it didn’t bother us very much. Beautiful, fun property!!

A quick Thanksgiving trip to Palm Springs let us to discover this fabulous house! The house is wonderfully decorated in sleek mid-century modern decor. The beds were comfy and plenty of linens for our family of 5 (three teenage boys!) The putting green and shaded hammock were favorites for the boys and relaxing with a cocktail in the spa was a fav for mom and dad. The host was super responsive, friendly and helpful. The directions for the home were clear and when we had questions about the spa, the host was quick to respond. This home is a little gem if you are looking for a comfortable, well stocked place to stay.

Fantastic Rental Experience!

I enjoyed a girls' weekend with my teenage daughter and her best friend, and had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience at this property. It was clean, with comfortable beds and tasteful decor, and absolutely everything we needed from a well-stocked kitchen, games, fluffy towels, and more. And Ryan was a super communicative host, to top it all off! We will be staying here again.

Great experience — Cute property with nice pool.

Property was great and more than enough space for 4 adults. We stayed 5 nights for Coachella weekend & had a comfortable experience. Located close to food, coffee, & not a bad drive to the festival. The pool was relaxing. We loved and utilized the yard (hammocks, chairs, etc.)Check-in process was easy with instructions provided in advance. Would stay again!

Great stay

We had a great few days. As noted in other reviews, there is road noise but that didn't bother us at all and we expected it. Paying to have the pool heated was definitely worth it!

New Year's Retreat

Another great time at this property. Lots of activities for family fun such as the pool, but tub, corn hole, ... Great location - 45 minute walk to downtown or a 16 Uber.Easy check in and exit. Highly recommend this stay.

Very Nice Property!

The house and grounds are spacious and clean and well-kept. The pool and spa are also very nice. It's a convenient location and I enjoyed my stay very much and would gladly return to or recommend this property.

Great house for family!

My family & I really enjoyed our stay! The house had a great layout, wonderful outdoor seating, the pool & jacuzzi were fantastic, chess, firepit, easy to figure everything out, and we cooked a full Thanksgiving meal with little issue - so definitely a nicely stocked kitchen for kitchenware. The beds are comfortable, & bathrooms are really nice. Highly recommend the property for family time.

Thanksgiving retreat

The house is so relaxing. The pool and spa are Greta and the house is so cute. We had a great time. The check in process was smooth and they provided fantastic detailed instructions for the house. 10 out of 10.

I started to fall in love with the history of The Alexander built homes some years ago. This property and all the others in Racquet Club Estates feature ¼ acre lots with modest sized homes of 1225 sq. feet which make the grounds feel quite large. The neighborhood is also very near downtown.
