BEACH FRONT PENTHOUSE WITH AN AWESOME OCEAN AND POOL VIEW!

Come and enjoy haven in a beautiful newly renovated top floor one bedroom penthouse with two stunning views from the patio: the ocean and the superb pool area. It's situated in the gorgeous Northwest Point Resort, a secluded paradise on Providenciales Island. It's a few foot steps from the National Marine park and National Preserve. The condo has a new kitchen, a brand new bathroom, new windows and two new patios sliding doors. Also, we have high speed Wifi and lots of cable channels available on the TV.

The new kitchen is fully stocked with all the needed pots, pans, utensils for cooking and a Keurig coffee machine so you can prepare your favorite dishes like if you were at home.

Adjacent to the kitchen you will find a washer and dryer. It could become handy after a day at the beach and will allow you to pack less clothes in your luggage.

We have an seasonal onsite restaurant that you can go by reservations. You will find a big communal BBQ for guests that you can use anytime you need it. Kayaks and paddle boards are also available for you to use at the Resort's beach. For those who likes kite surfing, Northwest Point is a great place to do it! With our great pool area, large sundeck and hot tub, the only choice you will have to make is to choose to spend the day at the pool or the the beach without going anywhere! So, why not BOTH??

Located 15-20 minutes from Providenciales airport, Northwest Point Resort is an hiding gem. It's a secluded and private place so you can enjoy peace and calm. It's also perfect because it's away from the hustle and bustle of the Grace Bay area and it's a short car ride from all the major attractions, grocery stores and restaurants.

The last 10 minutes of the drive from the airport are on well maintained gravel road which makes needing a car essential.

The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. From the bedroom you can see the pool or access the patio to look at the sea or simply hear the magical sound of the ocean waves and feel the breeze.

In the spacious living room, you will find a TV with more channels that you could wish for and a queen size sofa bed. The mattress has just been change to assure you a maximum of comfort.

All linens and beach towels are provided. There are 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler. You are more than welcome to take them to the beach with you.

Finally, don't worry if you are the only ones exploring miles of the beach in either direction, it's normal. Enjoy!

Outstanding Carribean value
We really enjoyed our stay here and it is a great value for what you get relative to the other Provo options. Clean, recently updated unit with pool and ocean views. The owner has a passion for this getaway and it shows. The complex is well maintained and pool/beach access well designed. Loved our daily walks to NW Point Park - gorgeous unspoiled coast. If you like natural beach, peace and solitude, this is the spot. Okay, there are a few cons for some: 15-20 min ride, partial gravel road, to Grace Bay. Turtle grass on beach in front of resort but cleaned daily. (Only a short walk to pristine beach to north). Restaurant on premises ok but handy. (Hit the IGA and you are set). We felt Grace Bay was over rated and found the most beautiful quiet beaches elsewhere - see your travel guide. That said, if you want full resort amenities, restaurants and all go to Grace Bay although you will pay multiples of this great VRBO stay. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful private beach front condo
The condo was very clean, bright and comfortable. It looked like it was recently updated and nicely decorated, with everything you would need for a great stay. We enjoyed having breakfast on the patio, while taking in the beautiful views, even spotting humpbacks whales in the distance one morning. The condo has many windows, allowing us to enjoy the view and the nice sea breezes. The resort is very well maintained with daily morning grooming of the beach. We relaxed under the sun shelters in the comfortable loungers which are available to the guests. We also enjoyed the use of kayaks and took long walks along the secluded beach, spotting much wild life, including rays jumping out of the water and yellow crowned night herons hunting crabs. The resort is quiet, secluded, located away from the hustle and bustle, allowing you to relax and forget about the daily grind. However, you will need to drive 20-30 minutes to other restaurants or activities. We loved staying here and would recommend this condo to anyone visiting TCI. Can’t wait to return.

Super easy rental of a very nice one bedroom unit. Beautifully kept unit and resort. Very quiet and peaceful. Elena kept in contact throughout process and had all the things you need for a very comfortable stay.

Well appointed and very clean condo.
Elena was engaged from the start to make sure our stay was perfect. This was our 3rd time at the Northwest Point Resort - beautiful beaches and accommodations for those that like a relaxed, quiet atmosphere.
