Welcome to our home, Casa de Un Amor (One Love). We invite you to come and stay in our newly renovated three bedroom oceanfront penthouse with a panoramic view. Watch ocean sunrises and ocean sunsets from your private third and fourth floor balconies or watch the sunrise from the comfort of your bed. Balconies overlook a beautiful nature preserve and the exquisite turquoise waters of Turks and Caicos. Here you will have privacy and ample space for everyone. Enjoy endless peace and tranquility to ease your mind while on vacation.

This newly renovated penthouse has a fully stocked kitchen with spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Three bedrooms consist of 1 king and 2 queen beds with 2 full bathrooms. Brand new washer and dryer.

Right outside your door is a beautiful non crowded beach. Take a long walk to the end of the point along the shore and nature preserve. See many exotic birds, go for a ride on a kayak, stand-up paddle board or snorkel seeing unbelievable ocean life. Or you can just relax, close your eyes and listen to the sounds of the Caribbean Sea.

Escape the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. We are located 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Grace Bay where you can shop and choose from many amazing restaurants. A car is required to travel and explore 3 miles of gravel road leading to this private gated tropical paradise. 10% discount available on car rental. Exterior front door security camera and 24 hour on-site security for your safety.

Our family had a great time at this condo. I am giving it four out of five stars, because the blinds in the primary bedroom were broken, and so we had to have them down the entire time, which blocked our main view of the beach. The condo was otherwise clean and well stocked, and provided our family of four with plenty of space. It was really cool to see the osprey bird sit on top of the third floor balcony on the trellis!

Beautiful and chill, away from the busyness of Grace Bay yet with a car rental you can get anywhere on the island within 20 min. or so.

Terrific Stay

Great place to get away from the tourist crowd. Beautiful beach with few others around. The condo was well appointed and clean. I would highly recommend this wonderful place to vacation!

Beautiful Condo in Seclusion

The property is stunning and well-maintained. The pool is cleaned daily and immaculately maintained. We loved the restaurant on property because it was convenient, quiet, and great food. Our unit was perfect and the rooftop lounge

A slice of paradise

This was a terrific unit with gorgeous views and plenty of room for our family of four. From the private beach to the luxury pool and hot tub, the Northwest Point resort is our favorite place to stay in Turks and Caicos. The unit was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Lots of stairs, but we left with great leg muscles!

Beautiful Getaway Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Northwest Point. It's a beautiful little resort with a nice quiet pool and hot tub. Very nice beach. Our condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Our patio faced the ocean where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Warm and breezy. Everyone is so friendly. A great escape from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay which is only a 15 min drive away.

Peaceful Spot

My family (2 teens, 2 adults) stayed here in January. The complex is very nice, and this unit was spotlessly clean with views that are just as good as described. We loved having chairs available on the beach and we were lucky enough to stay while the restaurant was open for dinner, which was especially nice because there really isn’t anything nearby. If you like to eat out every night, this probably isn’t the place for you, but if you like a secluded beach with few other people, this is perfect. We would definite stay again.

Beautiful Views..Relaxing Time with family

My family’s first visit to Turks and Caicos was a very memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Northwest Point Resort. This condo worked well for our family…pictures are accurate, and the views and basically private beach were something we really enjoyed. The few locals/owners we met were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Having a rental vehicle is the way to see the island and all that it has to offer…which we were able to do during the day and return to relaxation and quiet in the evenings. We would definitely stay here if we have the opportunity to vacation again on this island.

Great View - Excellent Employees - Relaxing

We stayed here this past week 02/10-02/15 and were very impressed by the property. We had two adults,a 16 yo, 11yo & 9 yo. They had everything we needed for our stay. We rented a car (the road to get there is not terrible and can be driven by any car) and bounced from beach to beach. They had umbrella, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, life jackets, cooler, ice packs, and toys for the kids. While we did not get to spend much time on the beach off the condo due to the windy conditions we enjoyed walking the beach, the pool and the hot tub! We would stay here again in a hearbeat. Love that is away from the hustle, and you get to see the culture of TCI, if you go to only the resort side of the island you are missing a lot of great food and people!

Condo by the sea

We went to Turks and Caicos for spring break. The condo is beautiful with 2 decks facing the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very spacious for a family of 5. The location of the condo is excellent, quiet, a quick car ride to town for shopping etc. the only item we found that needs to be replaced is a fry pan that EVERYTHING sticks to. The beach is beautiful with chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, etc available to use. The pool is also amazing, perfect temperature. We can’t wait to be back to Casa de Amor for another FANTASTIC vacay.!! I also HIGHLY recommend bringing as much groceries from home as the food IS VERY expensive.

Beach full of sea weed and not usable at all

Unfortunately, the entire beach was full of sea weed. Great location otherwise. Very quiet area. Easy access to adjoining state park. The home was great and check in process was smooth. Would be nice to have some starting supply of coffee. No nearby grocery stores. No vending machines. If coming from town, need to bring in supplies for food right away especially if late check in planned.

Our best trip yet! Highly recommend

We love traveling over the Christmas holiday and have tried many spots in the Caribbean. This was by far our favorite. We are a family of 6, with 4 college aged children. This was the perfect getaway to spend quality time with them with no distractions or commotion. The beach was steps away, is beautiful and is groomed daily. The pool and hot tub are very large and well maintained. NWP is a mix of owners and vacation renters all who clearly care for the property! The unit is updated and very comfortable. Two decks overlooking the ocean with a great breeze was the highlight for us! We would love to come back. PS. We noticed people complaining in the reviews about "the dirt road" - it is NOT a big deal. It's flat and dusty but not an issue in the least. Also, some noted NWP is "far from activities" - that's the point! We relished being far from the Grace Bay crowds.

Remote Paradise

Perfect location if you are looking for tranquility. What you see if what you get. The condo was exactly like the pictures you see. The view of from the balcony’s, are just amazing. You must rent a car (I suggest a SUV or Jeep) if you want to explore the island. The property manager was very helpful with all of my questions. Overall I recommend this destination.

Awesome views and snorkeling

The condo was excellent! The only drawbacks were the very windy conditions and the 5 miles of dirt road to get to it. Despite those we really enjoyed our stay. Snorkeling off the beach was fantastic! Miles of beach to walk on was great. The pool was great also.

Beautiful place

This was our first visit to Turks and we didn't know what to expect. We took a gamble and booked VRBO. I am happy we did, this place was great and better than expected. We loved the pool area, it was perfect. We wish the bar/restaurant would have been available but it's understandable. Thank you for letting us stay!
