Leave your worries at the door and vacation with all the comforts of home in this beautiful Aransas Princess beach front condo.

This two bedroom, two bath second floor unit features a king bed in the master bedroom (with an incredible ocean view), a queen bed and a twin bunk bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 8.

Truly a home away from home, this unit features a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen - complete with every utensil and appliance you may need to feed your group, large or small.

For guests who may not want to completely give up their technology, we also have free wifi and basic cable in every room.

Ideally situated in the beautiful Aransas Princess complex on Beach Access Road 1-A, guests can rent a golf cart and access not only the beach, but also the numerous delicious restaurants and fun shops and boutiques in downtown Port Aransas.

Relax in the hot tub, or take a refreshing swim in one of the two large pools available to guests - one of which is heated and open until midnight for our late swimmers. Enjoy a nice game of bocce ball, cornhole, pickleball, or tennis.

For anglers looking to bring their own boat to take advantage of the area's excellent fishing, designated boat and trailer parking is available right in the complex parking lot.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required depending on the season.

All parties must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent.

1) Check-in time is 4:00 PM
2) Check-out time is 11:00 AM
3) No pets are allowed
4) Non-Toilet trained/incontinent persons must wear appropriate waterproof swim wear while in the pools or hot tub
5) No glass is allowed in the pool area
6) Food and drinks are not allowed within 6 feet of the pools or hot tub
7) Barbeque grills are not allowed
8) Each unit is individually owned, please do not remove or take items (dishes, furniture, towels, etc…) to other condos
9) Changes to itinerary are not eligible for refund
10) Guests will be billed for any damages to the property or condo.
11) You may park your vehicles in the parking lot in front of the complex. The reserved parking spot in the parking garage is reserved for the owner's vehicle.
