Golf resort villa located adjacent to Oyster Bay Golf Links in Sunset Beach - HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET- Non-smoking - No Phone. Three bedrooms/two full baths , open kitchen/dining/living areas, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, 2 large smart televisions including 52' large screen in living room area, DVD player, central heat & air, laundry area with full sized washer/dryer. The living room area features an open floor plan with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The living room has a 52" large screen smart television for streaming (guests must use own streaming accounts) and DVD for entertainment enjoyment. There are two front bedrooms with 1 queen in one bedroom and two twins in the other bedroom. The back bedroom has one queen bed and a smart television and features a view of the pool/courtyard area. The condo has a spacious floor plan and features comfy and elegant coastal themed decor. The common area has french doors that open to a balcony to enjoy the outdoors with views of the pool and interior courtyard.. Every room has ceiling fans for ultimate comfort in every area of the condo. The kitchen area is fully-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. There is a large round table in the dining area with seating for six and additional seating available at the raised kitchen bar counter. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are included for your convenience. The Colony II community has an indoor pool /hot tub with exercise room and outdoor pool along with an interior courtyard with grilling/picnic areas.

Note: The community HOA does not allow any type of trailers to be parked on-site

Weekend get away to Big M Ship

House was beautiful and nice. Enjoyed the little time we spend sleeping sitting on porch watching people swim. Easy to find and people was very nice

Great Property

We had a wonderful short stay at this property. Very clean, great layout, would definitely stay there again. Only request is to put a few cozier toppers on the mattresses as they were rather firm and uncomfortable.

Very Nice!

Very easy check in and out. Villa was very clean and well appointed. The area was nicely kept and surprisingly quiet. The kids loved the pool and the location was convenient to the surrounding attractions. We will be back, Thanks!

Fabulous place!

This condo was exactly as listed. It was perfectly decorated and had every kitchen ammenity that you could need. It was a quick 5 minute drive to the beach. We loved it! Sloan Realty was pleasant to deal with.

Perfect place for family

This was a well maintained, organized and clean place for my family. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen was clean and organized. Everything we needed was provided. I love that checkout was done on the door keypad! We would definitely stay here in the future.

We loved this property. Everything was exactly like the photos showed. The only issue was the microwave handle that was broken - which I alerted the staff of. They replied to all of my responses in a timely matter, which was refreshing. This condo is located in a very safe neighborhood and the development is very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a extra clean and safe property to stay in!

No complaints! The condo had absolutely everything we needed and more. Communication with the staff was wonderful. We reported a maintenance repair and it was fixed within 3 hours. Couldn’t recommend more.

The condo was nice and the location was great. The cable in the family room was not working (light was flashing on the cable box). I sent a message to the property manager but never heard back. Better quality towels/hand towels/washcloths would be nice.

I enjoyed my stay and the property is beautiful and has all essentials needed except extra trash bags. My only concern would be since check in is late and delayed due to cleaning the property it would be nice to enjoy the pool until check in comes available. If it had of been delayed any longer the office would have been closed to get the key to access the pool. Maybe consider offering the pool key at 2pm to the renters so the can start enjoying it while they wait to check in the condo.

Lovely Condo, Poor Customer Service

The condo was beautiful, clean, and in good condition. The location was close to everything we needed. The beds were comfy. Unfortunately, our entire stay was overshadowed by incredibly poor interactions with the property management company, Sloane Realty of Sunset Beach. After booking through VRBO, we were sent a separate contract from Sloane that didn't match VRBO's breakdown. I emailed an inquiry with no response. After a couple of weeks, I called to get some clarity. Our booking agent, Elaine, was inordinately rude and unhelpful. It took another call and another email to get any assistance. None of the check in and check out times listed on VRBO are correct. We had to push against a 9am check out time when the site said 11am. We were told to be at the office before 5:30pm on our check in day to receive a pool key. I took a half day at work to ensure we arrived prior to closing so the kids could swim that evening. We got there at 5:06p and they were closed; the key hadn't been left for us in the drop box. When I called they said I'd just have to come back the next day. When we returned in the morning for the key, we received no apology, just that they "don't know why the automated system still says 5:30". If this review was only about the condo, it would have 5 stars. Based on our experience, however, we won't return to any property at Sunset Beach managed by Sloane Realty.
