A true gem of a cottage! Sunset Dream is just a 2-minute stroll to the nearest beach access! It's also conveniently located for short walks to the pier and shops. This well-kept and bright house has 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms to sleep 6. Front deck catches the morning sun, and there is outside furniture for eating and relaxing in the shade under the house. This will become your sweet go-to-cottage summer after summer. Roku TVs are available in guest mode for guest to log in and stream their own personal preferred streaming apps during their stay. Linens not provided. Please note: the owner's cat sometimes resides here in the off season in case you are highly allergic Non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog, maximum two dogs. Property does not accommodate golf carts.

Great pet friendly location

House was exactly as described, cute little property in a great location right behind the Island Market in Sunset Beach. Easy access to the pier and beach, clean, tidy property, and pet friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and updated. There was just a very short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed our time there.

Grwat location w/a little market thats a 3 min walk. Right by pier and easy access to beach. Interior was nice and updated, checkin was super easy across the board!

Sunset Beach Cottage

We loved Sunset Beach. This little beach cottage was in a great location so we could enjoy both the sunrises and the sunsets on the beach! Sunset Beach Cottage had what we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable.

Sunset Beach beautiful - Sunset Dreams perfect

Second trip to Sunset Beach and stayed at Sunset Dreams both times. We love both - awesome vacation spot and cottage is fully equipped for family, clean, beautiful beach decor and short walk to beach. Thankful it’s pet friendly as our fur babies go everywhere with us. ❤️🐾🐠⛱️

We’ll maintained and beautifully decorated!The beds were so soft. Would like to know what type.

Property was in a great location and close access to pier. We had a lovely time . Would definitely stay there again. Mattresses were wonderful and soft. Slept like a baby. Would love to know the type of mattress used in the king room.

Amazing Home

We stayed at this house in 2022. Unfortunately, it was already booked for this year or we definitely would have stayed again! Close to the beach. Appliances all new. Beds were comfortable. It was a perfect place for our family to stay at Sunset Beach. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice one level at the beach

Open one level very clean and bright. You can see the ocean from the porch. Quiet street. Very clean inside with all you need to have family or friends with you. Good amount of room to cook and hang out and visit. Easy walk to the beach!

Nicely appointed

This cute cottage has everything you need for a beach stay. The kitchen was very well stocke. Little touches tabound from laundry baskets in the bathroom, shelving in the laundry area. Living room furniture is comfy and cozy. Only small things are lack of electric outlets, and bright light from the main bathroom every time the door was opened disturbing sleep. I'd 100% stay againjust pack a sleep mask.

Cold, windy stay at Sunset beach.

In all, the property and property management were great. The only drawbacks were the weather (cold and windy and out of anyones control) and the fact that the pet fee was left off of our initial contract. The proper fee was added quickly and with a smile to a revised contract at our prompting. Small issues to be sure which did not spoil our stay. Would stay again.

Cute house close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house. It was big enough for our family. Nice kitchen. Short walk to the beach. The pier area of the beach is crowded but that we had beautiful weather and a restful stay. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Online listing was very misleading

In the pictures for this listing the backyard looks to be of a decent size. It is not. I had to walk my dogs down the street for them to use the bathroom because of how small it was. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable and also didn’t have enough room for my family of 5 to sit together in the living room. All of the dishes available were dirty and had to be washed before use. The tv in the back bedroom did not work and was unplugged when we got there. Other than those things the house was nice. Sunset beach has nothing to do and the beach is extremely crowded. I will not be returning to this property or to Sunset Beach again

Great location, very clean

The location was an easy walk to the beach and surrounding towns. The property has lots of windows that let in tons of natural light. It was clean and nicely decorated. We loved the porch and could here the ocean while we sat outside. The kitchen was updated and roomy. One of the bedrooms do not have a TV and we couldn’t get the TVs to work in the other two bedrooms. We didn’t call and ask how to use it since we were only there a few days and didn’t really mind. The TV in the living room worked great and was enough for us. We would rent it again.

Condition of property overall good bathrooms need to be updated under cabinet lighting in the kitchen needed although everything else seem to be very well taken care of . All previous communications said that check out time All communications beforehand said check out time was at 10:00 a.m. at 5:00 p.m. on the day before checkout you notified me 9:00 a.m. not acceptable

Wonderful

Had a wonderful time! Very easy check in, close enough you can walk to the beach/pier. The only thing I did not like was they do not provide linens or towels, I feel like that should have been included in the service fee.

Amazing beach house at NC's best beach!

We loved this house! It was only a block from the beach, you could see the ocean from the porch, and it had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was perfect for washing off after the beach, and the side porch and area underneath the house were great for shade or when it rained. We'll definitely be back!
