Welcome to Happy Place , this townhome is decorated so adorable and has everything you can imagine to make you feel like you are at home. We have stainless steel appliances with granite countertops ,hardwood flooring .You definitely will not want to leave after you sit on the covered deck that overlooks the river. There is 2 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. That have access doors to the upper deck , with beautiful furniture to enjoy your evening sitting and listening to the river! You are walking distance to downtown Helen,Betty’s country store and all that Helen has to offer.

Nice condo on the river within walking distance to town. Comfortable bed & kitchen had everything needed to cook. Nice porches with great river views. Enjoyable relaxing stay.

Amazing place to stay!

This place was absolutely amazing! If you are staying in the Helen area I highly recommend staying here! Beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. Furniture was comfortable and beds were very comfortable. Had two porches that looked out over the river with amazing views. Place was within walking distance of town. Very close to everything. The owner was very courteous and kind and was only a phone call away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

great condo @ Helen!

We just loved this condo!! It is so spacious, well-stocked, and clean. The porches overlooking the river are just amazing. The pics don't show how huge they are! It was even decorated for Christmas, what a nice surprise! We walked with our three kids to town, as parking is pay per day everywhere so bring a stroller if you have little ones. We did not mind the walk though, you are following the river into town! Great stay, thank you!

Amazing stay!!

The rental had everything you could need onsite!! We stopped at the store to get ice before we went to the house because there is never ice at any house we stayed at but they had the ice maker full which was a great surprise!! The views are amazing from the second and third floor decks we sat for hours watching the tubers super relaxing and entertaining. I don't think there was a pot, pan, or any kitchen accessory that you could need that was not provided!! Super quiet spot we had no problem with cell phone reception there either.

Adorable in great location!

We were so impressed with this place. I do agree with the other reviews that the photos don’t do this place justice! It’s so well appointed and well decorated! You will have everything you need! A short walk downtown! I highly recommend eating at Cowboys and Angels! Not right on the Hooch but good food! DO NOT EAT AT PAULS.. I repeat- DO NOT EAT AT PAULS. The most overpriced and overrated restaurant in Helen. It’s got the location, but NOT the cuisine! Anyways, back to the townhome, great location- right on the Hooch. Watch the tubers go by! Only complaint- no cell service! That’s hard to get used to! A short walk about 100 yards to the end of the street and you can make a call. Just be prepared for this!! We all agree we would come back and stay here again!!
