Welcome to Helen, the third most-visited city in the state of Georgia behind Atlanta and Savannah! There are reasons why it's so fun to visit – The Bavarian-style buildings, vineyards, Unicoi State Park which offers a lake, trails through the Chattaahoochee National Forest that lead to the Anna Ruby and Raven Cliff waterfalls, and so much more. The alpine village is set against the beautiful backdrop of the Blue Ridge mountains, forest, and banks of river, making it a picturesque place to sightsee. Outdoor enthusiasts will love everything Helen has to offer: from kayaking, river rafting, hiking and biking trails, to even ziplining over the treetops. While Helen is small, it sure packs a punch. Nobody does Oktoberfest and Christmas like they do! They also boast plenty of family-friendly activities and landmarks for the historical buffs. Of course, there are an array of restaurants and shops to explore while you're wandering the cobblestone roads.

Inside the cottage, you'll feel as though you've crossed the threshold of comfort. There's soft furniture to gather round and watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV, warming yourselves up by the fireplace. The chef of your group will love preparing grand meals or snacks on-the-go in the full kitchen, boasting all the cupboard space you'll ever need. Enjoy the rustic decor in every bedroom, with a soft bed to lay your head on from the day's adventures. For those who need to take the office with them, there's a dedicated workspace in the main bedroom, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a spacious, walk-in shower. Indulge in rocking in the rocking chairs on the large porch, sipping your morning coffee as you watch a Georgia sunrise.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
