Hi Greg, We appreciate your feedback and truly regret that you would not rent with us again. You checked in on 12/24 and did not make us aware of any issues with the home until AFTER we reached out to you on 12/28 to request that the multiple guests that arrived at our home, which we received no prior notification of and were not included in your reservation, remove their cars from our grass and park in the ample space provided in the driveway. I apologize that you were upset by this request and we expressed to you that you were more than welcome to have visitors but that it permanently damages our grass (especially in wet conditions) and that we are typically notified by guests, in advance, if they plan to have a large number of visitors during their stay. In fact, we allowed your nephew & his friend to stay in the basement at no additional charge, despite them not being included in the reservation. Due to the fact that you stayed in the home for 4 days without reporting any of these issues makes me understand that you were not happy about our request and chose to provide negative and outright false feedback regarding our home. Despite this, we wish you and your family success & blessings in 2020 and beyond.

We’re sorry to see such a low rating. No issues were brought to our attention during the stay. A small unfinished cosmetic item in the recently updated bathroom was noted; even though you confirmed it didn’t impact your stay or comfort, we still offered a courtesy discount, which was declined. We’re continuously improving the space and would have welcomed the chance to address any concerns in real time.
