The home you will be renting -Oceanfront with Ocean Views (Upstairs - 3 beds / 3 baths 2,000 sq ft of living space)

Main Floor- has a living room, dining room, Kitchen, full bathroom with shower, Washer / Dryer, breakfast bar, sun room,

ocean front deck with patio furniture and front deck.

2nd Floor Upstairs- Three bedrooms, Queen bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds, King bedroom and 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower

Rented Separate- (You may rent the downstairs as one whole house if the dates are all available )
Down Stairs - 2 bedrooms / 1 full bath with Marsh Views (800 sq ft)

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time. Brandie was a very attentive owner and nice to work with. Great location. House was exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable and plenty of room for a family to stretch out. A/C came in handy as the weather was hot with no sea breeze for most of the week. Had reserved parking for two vehicles which is important. Would definitely consider renting there again. Great experience.

Perfect!

Our stay at this house was amazing! As soon as we walked in, we noticed the cleanliness and the attention to every detail. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. The decor added an extra touch of coziness. The proximity to the beach, having 4 small kids in our family, was everything to us! We were able to walk out after breakfast every morning and set up our chairs on the beach for the day, and then go back and forth between the house as needed with each child throughout the day. The air conditioning worked out well for the home, having one in each of the three bedrooms and then two on the main level, as well as having ceiling fans in every room. We were able to meet the owner, Brandie, and she was very welcoming and sweet. We had no issues while there but I’m sure if we did that she would have addressed it right away. No complaints at all! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Newly renovated, immaculate beach front home with stunning ocean views

We cannot speak highly enough about this property! The beach is literally steps from your door with beautiful views of the ocean. Equally important, the house has been recently renovated and is IMMACULATELY clean (seriously, there was no crud in the corners of the house or gunk in the showers). The owner, Brandie, was wonderful to work with and it’s very evident she takes great pride and care of the home. The kitchen appliances were spotless and new. The home was beautifully decorated and the furnishings were high quality and in very good condition. We have young children, so being able to walk back and forth from the house to the beach was perfect for nap time and potty breaks. Low-tide is also perfect for small children to wade in the tide pools. Although the houses in the area are in close proximity, the beach was very family-friendly with lots of other families in the surrounding houses. The beach tends to clear out around 5pm and is quiet for the remainder of the evening- it was so wonderful to hear the waves crashing from our bedroom every evening. We really cannot wait to visit again next year. Thanks for a great stay, Brandie.

A home away from home

When I was looking for a home to rent I I decided to look closet to home rather than fly. I am not familiar with the Salisbury area but figured they had a beach and it's close to Hampton Beach in NH. You always see pictures online but anticipate seeing the real thing! This was more than a home! It had such a relaxing beach theme it made you feel as if you were on an island with every little detail! Down to the plates and seafoam decorations! It had a back deck that overlooked the beach and a front porch which lead out to a deck to overlook the front but still private! The AC was perfect cause the summer you still need comfort! I was able to take a bubble bath in the tub in the master bath. And the master bedroom's view of the ocean was my highlight! I would definately rent here again someday!! Sue

Beautiful Well Kept Property

The property itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The owner is very responsive, efficient and very friendly. The proximity to town and the beach is fantastic. The only thing we found to be a bit different from other properties we have stayed at was that everything in the home is glued down (decorations, coasters) or covered in plastic (lamp shades, artificial flowers) there are signs and labels everywhere with directions in bold print as well as a long list of cleaning instructions for checkout. We are new to the area so we were not sure if it is because of the type of crowd that travels there or due to previous property damage. Being a General Manager for Marriott for over 20 years, I completely understand the need to protect as asset, however it did make us feel a little uncomfortable. Also, be sure to bring the extras, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. as they are not provided unlike most properties. Again, this could be due to the crowd that comes to the area not respecting where they are staying, but there is a certain price point that you have a higher expectation than this. Overall though, we did enjoy our stay and the property is lovely, it was just a little difficult to fully relax as an experienced traveler.

Best place we have ever stayed

From the minute you walk in, this place takes your breath away. The detail and decor is beyond impressive. Every detail thought of. There is privacy and the backyard is made of soft sand, with a private path about 20 steps to a beautiful beach. The water was clear, very little seaweed and rocks, and the waves were perfect for the kids to play and boogie board. Brandie was a friendly, responsive host throughout. As I told her, we have rented about 9 places in the past 9 years in Cape Cod, Maine, North Shore, and this was by far our favorite place. It is the first rental where the property actually exceeds the pictures and descriptions online. The town is a hidden gem with a cute boardwalk and plenty of excellent restaurants. We were able to walk the beach to that area with our girls, less than a mile away. Can’t wait to return again.

Wonderful oceanfront getaway!

Our family had an amazing week in this beautiful home! The location is perfect- waves directly in front of the house that you can enjoy from the porch or a 60 second walk gets you directly on the lovely, clean beach. High tide was great for playing in the waves and low tide was great for walking and sand castles. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, and Brandie was responsive and helpful. We rented linens and a crib from Coastal Vacation Supplies which was super easy. The entire family- ranging in age from 2 to 72- had a wonderful week- the best of summer in New England!

Beautiful house right on beach

Beautiful house right in front of the beach and only a few houses down from the beach access 7 ramp. My family & I loved the house and location. The house felt like new and everything was quite clean & well organized. Everyone who came to visit was quite impressed as well especially with all of the beach decor. The master bedroom is huge and has a great view. The other two bedrooms were smaller but the kids loved the bunk beds and there was sufficient room with the queen bed next door. There is a nice deck on the ocean side with a picnic table for outdoor grilling & eating, but the front porch was also great for mornings and depending on where the breeze was coming from. Street parking can be a little challenging at times especially since we wanted to leave the designated two spots for guests, but we were able to manage and even got parking directly across the street as the week went on. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and it was nice to meet Brandie & her family on the beach who were available in case we needed anything. Thanks for everything and look forward to coming back again.

The place to be!!

This was a great stay, the back two rooms had a great breeze and the master bedroom you can hear the waves crashing which makes a nice relaxing sleep. Downstairs was immaculate and just a great overall experience, I would recommend it to all.

Beautifully renovated ocean-side beach home

From the moment we stepped inside this newly renovated ocean-side beach home, we immediately loved the beach decor and felt like we were on vacation! Easy to access and great communication with owners. The main floor was exactly as pictured. Beautiful hard wood and tile throughout. New furniture in living room & dining. Fantastic windows for immediate ocean views! Three full baths and 3 bedrooms. Huge king master suite that overlooks the ocean for gorgeous sunrise. Double Twin bunks were perfect for the kids and 3rd bedroom was a queen all decorated in complimentary beach themed decor. Perfectly suited for 2 families to comfortably share for the week. Great porch, front and back deck, new appliances, washer & dryer, grill, picnic table and ocean as back yard! 2 parking spots and extra paid lot nearby. Parking on street as able. Location walkable to downtown Salisbury but far enough away for relaxation and peacefulness. Beach access felt very private and family friendly. No pets, no fire pit on site but can on beach. Bring own bedding, linens, towels. Would definitely consider renting this property again! Thanks for a great week!

Perfect beach getaway

well managed property. Exceptionally clean. Manager was very responsive when I had questions about the property. perfect location. Beach is clean and not crowded. Property is close to local restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again. Perfect for young families looking to get away for a beach vacation.

Lovely, Bright and Inviting

Girls getaway in this beautifully decorated comfortable beach house was amazing. All the comforts of home away from home and so much more. With the view of the ocean and your first cup of morning coffee to enjoy it’s like heaven. Brandie’s decorating of this beach home was like a page out of Coastal Living. We are looking forward to another girls getaway and will definitely be back. Thank you Brandie for fabulous accommodations.
