Fisherman's house on the heights of Cancale

The small character house is located on the heights of La Houle in a hamlet typical of old Cancale.
This old fisherman's house is located in a secluded area of the center.
It is located about 500m from the port which can be reached peacefully by walking along bucolic paths allowing you to discover a magnificent view of the bay of Mont St Michel.
It is accessed by a small door opening onto a gravelled courtyard followed by a green space with trees where it is good to rest under the birch trees.
Calm reigns there and the place is ideal for a lunch under the parasol on the terrace before landing on the deckchairs.
The house which has just been renovated includes a dining room with table, four chairs and a dresser.
A living room with convertible sofa, TV cabinet with flat screen, a Hi-Fi system and two very comfortable armchairs for TV evenings.
In the kitchen, two cupboards with equipment under worktops, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge.
The bathroom includes washing machine, walk-in shower, storage unit, toilet and heated towel rail.
Upstairs, two bedrooms each with a double bed. A chest of drawers and a cupboard for storing the suitcases for one and a large storage cabinet for the other.
We do not provide bed linen and toilets, we have on the other hand put at your disposal a baby bed if necessary.
For a peaceful stay, the location of the cottage is perfect and to discover the Emerald Coast, it allows you to radiate from St Malo to Mont St Michel without having to make too long trips, ideal for holidays!
