Tucked away in the forest off the highway in Winter Park, this Beaver Village condo is just minutes away from fantastic skiing at Winter Park Resort! Take the free shuttle home each afternoon to enjoy a mountain-inspired interior with an updated kitchen and dining space, heated tile floors in both bathrooms, and gorgeous aspen-framed beds with plush pillows and high-quality comforters. You'll even be a short walk from the Beaver Village recreation building, where you'll have access to a swimming pool, a hot tub, and laundry facilities.

What’s nearby:
The free shuttle that runs to town and to Winter Park Resort (three miles south) stops right in front of the condo several times a day. When you're not skiing and riding Winter Park's premier winter slopes, you'll find fantastic hikes and scenic drives just inside the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park (33 miles north). The nearby town of Fraser, only three miles north, has plenty of great dining and entertainment options as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We used EVERYTHING this place had to offer! The unit was stocked well with basics and I was able to find anything I may have been looking for. The Indoor pool, hot tub, and laundry facility was awesome! The best was having the bus stop directly across from the unit! We will definitely stay again.

Great Location!

We had a great time. We spent a weekend in WP with our family and loved everything. Beaver Village is right on the shuttle line so very easy to get to the mountain without a hassle. It’s also very close to the town for food and whatever else you would want. The condo we stayed in was clean and fully stocked. It had everything we needed.

Decent condo in Winter Park

Good place to stay. Bus stop to ski area was very close. Condo was ok. Bed mattress was not too firm. Only a minimum amount of silverware and dishes. Several lights did not work. Vacasa said that the lights would be fixed or replaced. Property management did a poor job o cleaning snow from steps and walkways. We would stay here again as long as the price stays affordable as it was this year.

Great condo very close to Winter Park skiing

We've rented dozens of ski town condos over the years, and spent 7 nights so we feel qualified to leave a review. We really enjoyed our stay, and loved the condo's close proximity to skiing, shuttle bus just steps away, beautiful forest setting, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, and spaciousness. Check-in and check-out were effortless. I would have liked a human property manager to deal with, as there were some minor issues with the condo. Hopefully their automated service will eventually alert someone. But I'd be happy to return.

Great time!

My only complaints: no body lotion, scissors, pens, or family games. Other than that, no problems! Nice space with great decor, very clean, great location, remote worked fairly easily, and comfy beds. Thanks!

Great Relaxing Area

Having stayed at Beaver Village Condos because, the area is nice, quiet, and sports a great view of the surrounding area just south of town. The condo has a nice kitchen and in general has been maintained well enough.

Almost perfect

Great location, easy to get around(with or without a car), fully furnished, great fireplace, comfy beds, etc. The light in the master bathroom did not work-making it almost useless. Also an extra few rolls of tp and paper towels to get through the first day. Small things. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks to all and see ya next year😃😃😃😃

Perfect.

I came to Winter Park with my daughter for a ski competition. The condominium was perfect. Clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Two full bedroom/bathroom suites, a well appointed kitchen, and tastefully decorated, warm living area. Just as it appears in the listing, only nicer. Minutes to the lifts at WP and Mary Jane. A short walk into town. Comfortable and welcoming. Plenty of space for me to work and my daughter to do schoolwork when not on the hill. All the comfort and convenience of being in your own home.

Beautiful comfortable condo

We had such a lovely stay in this condo for a family ski weekend. Amazing location-walk to town and very short distance to slopes. Beautiful, comfortable beds with and extra futon sleeper in one room which was perfect for our 3 kids. Updated kitchen, heated tiled floors, two bathrooms and everything we needed for a fabulous ski weekend, thank you!! Hope to be back.

A family weekend of rememberance

This was a perfect property for my cousin, her spouse, and my spouse and I. We were able to relax, walk into town, enjoy playing games, and being with other family staying in the area.

Perfect Location

This place was a great retreat for some much needed mountain time. The views out the cabin were spectacular of the pines, aspens and mountain. The cabin had a little bit of everything needed for the kitchen too which was nice. The location was great too - about 2 miles from Winter Park ski town/shops and just steps away from Winter Park downtown.

condo and visit were excellent except for the cleanliness of the unit. Counters not wiped, coffee maker still had old grounds in it not enough towels or paper goods. staff from owners was great and resolved everything even refunding our cleaning deposit.

Comfortable

The condo was clean and comfortable for the four of us. I did not give five stars because both beds could use new mattresses, you roll to the middle. And the view from the very small deck is non existent. I understand why there is only one picture, and doesn’t show a view.

Clean, convenient to town, well stocked with everything we needed for our stay

It was close to town - we could walk or bike. It was very clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, silverware, etc. Convenient parking. It was quiet. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
