Brightly lit, recently remodeled condo surrounded by tall trees and open space with World Class fishing on the roaring Fraser River just steps from the front door. Convenient shuttle to slopes from just outside our building. Modern recreation center with pool, hot tubs, pool tables and workout equipment. Short walk to downtown Winter Park restaurants, including the world famous Hernandos Pizza and Randy's Irish Pub, bowling alley, movie theater, Rendezvous Concert Venue and Headwaters wedding venue. This spacious 3-bedroom features big windows, a front porch overlooking the river, a large moss rock fireplace, a 40-inch flat screen TV, and a modern kitchen.

Enjoy remodeled bathrooms, stainless steel appliances and hickory cabinetry in the kitchen(fully stocked with dishes, pans, spices, etc.), spacious living room (complete with board games and puzzles), leather couches and mountain lodge-style decor. Free wi-fi in the unit. All beds are new and comfortable.

Grand County community center is also within walking distance and features full work-out center, water slide, lap pool, sauna, hot tub, steamroom, climbing wall etc. Sled hill and snowshoing/hiking/mountain biking trails within walking distance.

In the SUMMER, host a barbecue on the grassy Creekside lawn out front, or take a hike or bike ride on the nearby Fraser River trail or Idlewild Trail System. Easy walk to outdoor festivals.

The master bedroom features a queen bed with plush down comforter and private bathroom with shower. The second large bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and all the amenities it offered. Comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of supplies to get you through your stay and in a great location next to a mountain stream. Would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay.

This a very centralized beautiful property. Walking distance to almost everything in town. Our host was wonderful to communicate with and offered suggestions of places to go. I would absolutely recommend this unit and would stay there again.

Great place in central location

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was big enough to accommodate our family of 5 and allow for some kids to sleep in while others woke up early without disturbing them. The access to the pool and hot tub is nice and the location was great. The only small issues were the condo was really, really hot and even after turning the heat completely off and opening a few windows it remained that way, and one of the hot tubs at the rec center was not working and the pool was really cold which made for the other hot tub to be pretty crowded.

Great location and cozy condo

Everything was comfortable and clean. The space was warm. Access to the rec center was great with clean hot tubs and pool. Condo was close to bus to get to ski lifts. The only thing to note that wasn't ideal from a noise perspective is due to the age and acoustical planning of the space, if you stay in the master bedroom, you'll hear every bathroom on your floor and the floor above (toilet flushes and fans running).

Great stay in Winter Park

The property is nicely renovating and everything was very comfortable. It was conveniently located near town and the ski slopes. We had a great trip and we’re very comfortable! The host was very communicative and accommodating. We would definitely rent again! Would love to see it in the summer with the rolling creek right outside!

Great place

Spacious and light. Ten minute walk to nice rec center with pool and jacuzzis indoor and outdoor. Town has good restaurants. For skiing, I would recommend renting a car to get to the mountain.

Great condo in a great location in Winter Park

Had a great time with the family in the condo. The listing is very accurate and communication is the owner is very timely and clear. The location is super central and walkable to the restaurants and the Fireside Market and Eatery. We will stay in the condo again next time we come to WP.

Good for a Friends trip to WP

Everything good, use the window covers in the closet to block the light from the parking lot at night. And eat breakfast at Wake N Bacon!

Winter Park Family Stay

Overall very good. Rec center was fabulous and great for the kids. Adjacent to the rec center was a hill that was great for sledding (next to playground). No real issues in the condo. Would stay again.

Wonderful condo, beautiful location!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the creekside condo! Check in was seamless with detailed information and Lisa was wonderful to work with! The condo had everything we needed with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were super comfy! The ski bus has a very convenient pick up right out front and we could walk to the store, restaurants, and the hot tub at the nice little rec center. One of the best parts is the peaceful river trail right outside the door! This place will be our go-to for anytime we visit Winter Park!

Perfect Getaway

From the ease of booking, thru our entire stay, Lisa went above & beyond. The unit is exactly as described. Our stay was considered ‘off season’ to many of the locals, so there was little foot traffic thru the Winter Park community. The location of the unit was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops & trails. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lisa. We had a wonderful stay!!

Great family place

This condo provided my family of 6 a comfortable place to stay for our ski trip to Winter Park. It is close to the resort, and also close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping places. The condo was well-stocked. It has a great view of a stream out the front windows. We had no problem communicating with the owner. She was friendly and responded in a timely manner when we emailed with questions. We will definitely stay there again the next time we go ski at Winter Park.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location but bedrooms back up to parking lot lights with early morning snowplow's beeping, water radiator noise, and 2nd queen bedroom bed unstable. Master bed is terrific. Living room is wonderful and view is spectacular. Also loved rec center. Kitchen was really good as well. Property manager helpful and responsive!

Beautiful Setting, Super Clean, Easy Check-In

Wow! Just what we'd hoped to find in Winter Park, a lovely condo overlooking a rushing river convenient to everything. The kitchen was beautiful and well supplied. Our host, Lisa, was very responsive and helpful with any questions and suggestions for restaurants, bars and things to do, lots within walking distance. Getting in was super easy with the lockbox. We'll be back next summer to hike and fish and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. Dennis and Yolanda

Great Two night stay in Winter Park

This was the only unit I could find that allowed a two night stay for a reasonable price. Most others had a minimum of three nights. While being somewhat dated, it was clean and comfortable. Lisa was easy to work with and allowed us to check in early. My wife and three kids (17, 19, & 20) felt at home here and enjoyed our stay. Located in the heart of Winter Park, you are never very far from anything. You can't go wrong with this unit.

Nice Place

We had two families stay over Christmas break and we had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It has been updated nicely. Lisa was very easy to work with and she responded to questions prior to the stay promptly. We had an issue with the neighbors above us one night with barking dogs. Lisa addressed the issue very quickly and it was resolved. The beds were comfortable but there were a few flat pillows that probably need replacing. Thanks again Lisa for letting us stay in your condo.

Good ski condo

Nice condo, comfortable, very nice kitchen, nice view, good to have a real fireplace. Host was excellent and responsive. We were missing a few things and she got back to us right away. The rec center, which is quite new, with swimming pool and hot tubs, was good, but too far to walk in the sub-20 degree weather (parking nearby). There was a problem with the rec center door, and we couldn't get in for the first 1.5 days. The condo is a bit small, but it worked for three guys skiing. Note that the third bedroom has no window. We had an excellent stay!

I'm a Colorado native who has been coming to Winter Park since my childhood to ski. Now, my kids are learning to ski and mountain bike in this beautiful spot. My husband and I have completely remodeled the place, installing all new stainless steel appliances, new leather furniture, hardwood flooring, new carpet and paint and freshly remodeled bathrooms with new tile and fixtures.

This is one of the best units in all of Hi Country Haus. Right next to the river, with beautiful views on two sides of the condo, big windows, a nice front porch, and a great, grassy barbecue area. Coming to town for a concert or wedding? We are short walking distance to Rendezvous outdoor event center, and the Headwaters Center.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

It is walking distance to everything: great restaurants, pubs, live music, hiking, snowshoing, sledding, swimming, hot tubbing...you name it. And the ski shuttle is steps from the front door. Unlike other condos in the area, which are squeezed together, Hi Country Haus is surrounded by Open Space and has a beautiful river running through it. Lots of room on the lawn to build a snowman in the winter or run around and play in the grass by the river in the summer. And the hiking and Mt. biking trails are footsteps away. You may even spot a moose on the hillside across the river!
