The best of Little Lagoon and the beautiful Gulf Shores beach

This is your perfect vacation spot. As the owner I have spent many wonderful summers enjoying the lagoon and beach with my girls. The unit is a spacious 3 bedroom plus loft and overlooks beautiful Little Lagoon.
This unit includes covered parking - pls note that parking passes are required at $20 per vehicle. Outdoor amenities include a pool, dock, boat launch, pier and bbq area.
Master bedroom offers a queen and private bath, guest bedroom 1 offers a queen, guest bedroom 2 offers 2 twin beds and the loft has 4 twin futon mattresses.

Boat passes and parking passes are required.

Our stay was perfect! We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. The beach access was so close. Would definitely recommend!

Beach house

We had an amazing stay. Plenty of room for our family. Absolutely loved the lagoon with access to the water for all kinds of outdoor activities. The pool was a good size for all staying there. My grandson absolutely loved the upstairs space. Very clean and plenty of towels for showers. Kitchen is very well stocked. Both bathrooms are nice sized. Over all we loved our time spent there. Can’t wait to go back next year. 😊😊

Summer Vacation

Perfect spot for two families of four with teens and younger children. Access to the lagoon in the back and the beach right across the street. Carrie made the process seamless and everything was exactly as listed/as she stated. Will visit again.

Perfect for Everyone

With teenagers it’s hard to make everyone happy when it comes to picking vacation houses. This was our second time staying in this property and we will be back again. I love the ease of booking, communicating with Carrie, checking in, and checking out. The teenagers love that the pool, pier, kayak, and bay are so close. The husband loves that everyone is happy and he can sit out and see all of his people happy without being worried about running around finding them all. We love watching the sunset from the balcony or the pool or the pier. 10/10 again, don’t change a thing!!

We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the location to the Lagoon and beach. The pictures accurately describe the condo. The host was great. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

The host was very nice and accommodating. They have everything you need to have a good time. The beach is right accross the street and pool in back. Nice fishing pier on the lagoon too. Definitely would rent again if we go back.

WV to Gulf Shores

Our stay was amazing! Plenty of room for all us, and the location was perfect! The sunrises and sunsets over the lagoon are absolutely beautiful. The beach is right across the street with easy access and not overly crowded. The condo location was the perfect distance from down town. We were minutes away from anything we wanted to do. Overall our entire stay was perfect. I hope to come back and stay at Carrie’s again.

Close walk to the beach and great dock for fishing at the lagoon. Property was clean and as advertised. Communication with owners were wonderful.

Great rental

My son had a tournament in town and this was a perfect place for my kids and I to stay. Directly across front the beach so we could walk, a pool for an easy way to get the kids energy out and a beautiful view of the lagoon. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

Awesome place, plenty of space, great location!

Had a great time. Carrie took care of us big time. Condo was very clean and comfy. This place is batting well above the mark for similar places in this price range. We had a group of 6 adults and 4 children with no issues at all spacewise. Great view of the lagoon. Overall a great place to rent out. Thanks again!!

Beautiful views!

The location was great and the views of the lagoon were beautiful! Parts of the condo seemed a little dated and the loft was a little stuffy, as heat rises, but overall, it was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Best Location Hands Down!

If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to everything yet far enough away that the beaches aren't shoulder to shoulder, this is it! This condo is clean, spacious enough for a large family (we are a family of 7) and in the best location. My kids LOVED the bay and fished every evening. The kayaks included with the condo were a huge plus. The beach is literally as close as crossing the street. Such a great find! If we ever come back to GS, we will be looking to stay here!!

Owners were outstanding to work with. Place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. First time at this property and it won't be the last we hope. My family told me to be flexible on the date so we can stay here again.

Dirty. Uncomfortable beds.

Great location. Very dirty. Found mildew on a pillow. Every door was grimy. Air conditioner filter was so dirty air could not circulate. Dirty walls in the bathrooms. Looks like the only cleaning that is done counter tops, floors, and linens. The beds and pillows were super hard. The only good thing that i can say is that the location is very good, but we have stayed in another unit in this complex for a similar price that was super clean and well maintained.

Wonderful stay

Easy beach location

This property was exactly what we needed for our visit - close proximity to the beach, a good price, and a bit of distance from the main businesses/tourist area of Gulf Shores. The property was very dated and rundown on some areas, but generally clean and good communication from the owner. We did have our young daughter with us and there is a lot about the property not safe for kids (glass tops, stairway to loft, old wooden deck material/walkways that are prime for a splinter or a slightly raised nail) so we did give some additional attention for safety reasons. FYI if traveling with children who may not be as aware.
