Imagine yourself, surrounded by friends and family, enjoying a sunrise or sunset from our large, private wrap around beachfront balcony. Watch the dolphins play in the emerald waters of the Gulf of America, enjoy a glass of wine, read a book, or just do nothing at all. Relax - you're on vacation!

Our 12th floor east corner unit at Phoenix III is very spacious and has breathtaking gulf front views from the kitchen, living and dining rooms. The master has a king bed and its own bath, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Ceiling fans and TVs are in each bedroom and in the living room. The unit is fully equipped, including washer and dryer.

The building has everything to ensure that you have a memorable vacation: indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, hot tubs, saunas, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, indoor racquetball courts and an exercise room. There are 2 elevators and ample carts and buggies to use for loading and unloading. The complex is a no smoking building.

Parking passes must be purchased by guest ($55/car per stay). 2 cars maximum are allowed per unit. No exceptions.

Fun family time

Had a great week at the beach. The condo is centrally located in Orange Beach, close to restaurants, mini golf, shopping and groceries. Also close to Gulf Shores. A fun place to spend a week. Condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay over the holiday.

Great location

Great location, the only complaint that we have are check in time, we were given a 3pm check in and was there at 3 ready to get in but was told by the cleaners that we cant get in until 4pm, this was an inconvenience as we traveled 4 hours and then had to wait in the hallway an hour with our little ones.but overall it was a great stay and would stay again with a for sure check in time.

Wonderful vacation

The property was as described. The furniture was clean, comfortable, and in good working condition. The dryer had an issue, but owner was very responsive and got a repair man there to fix it. We also had issue when we first got there, the cleaning crew was still cleaning it at 545 pm. We had to wait before we could get in, but it was clean! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes which made it easy to cook meals there. There were beach umbrellas, buckets and pool floats in the closet on balcony and we left some chairs. The elevators were pretty fast and didn't have to wait much. The shopping carts were very handy taking stuff up and down. The inside pool and hot tubs were nice, but it was really steamy in there. Wished there was a hot tub outside. The outside pool was very nice! Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would rent here again!!

Spring break 2025 in 3129

The place was very spacious for main living areas and bedrooms was comfortable. The view was Amazing. Location, location for quick runs to Walmart, DG was spot on!Bathroom was a little tight for a family with toiletries etc but we managed Would stay again!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! On the day(s) it rained, we played racquetball (they will loan you the supplies!) and swam in the indoor pool! On the nice days, we were just steps from the beach and we played beach volleyball, pickle ball, swam in the outdoor pools and just spent time on the beach! Beautiful views from the balcony! Owner was wonderful to communicate and work with! No problems at all on our stay! Will definitely book again in the future! ❤️

I’m going to be completely honest.. We walked in and were instantly disappointed. One of the electrical plug ins (the full box) was pulled out of the wall (which she did get someone there to fix) but was very dangerous for my one year old the few days we had to deal with it, there were stains all over the couch, and the longer we stayed the more convinced we were that the place had not been cleaned at all. We also delt with a fishy smell from the fridge the whole week that made us gag every time we opened it. When paying 4,000 dollars for a week you at least expect a clean place to stay and this was just not it .

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is as listed but there are some things that could be replaced and updated. We had some hiccups with check in but it was worked out. Anytime we stay at the phoenix condos, we know it will be a good vacation :-). The views from the balcony are beautiful!

Great Condo

Overall the layout of the condo was perfect for our stay and we had a great vacation. It was very clean and well kept and the views were awesome. We did have a toddler with us and we had concern about some of the spacings between the spindles on both balconies as he could have fit through them. There was some netting already cut to length for the back balcony in the storage room that we installed with tie wraps. We left the netting installed on the back balcony along with a pack of tie wraps in the storage room if needed for future use. The dryer also had to run a couple cycles for towels to dry, but not a major issue. Other than that, we had no other complaints!

Phoenix III has all the amenities anyone could want to ensure a wonderful vacation. Phoenix properties have an outstanding national reputation.

This is a 'resort' property. Everything you might want to do on a beach vacation is here! Restaurants are directly across the street so you don't even have to crank your car if you don't want to. Shopping centers with 3 major grocery stores, pharmacies and many restaurants are only 5 minutes away.
