THIS IS VACATION! Classic Cape home with detached cottage and relaxation at every turn including a huge patio and fire pit being. The main home with 5 bedrooms features a first floor with kitchen, dining room, large living room with gaming table and plenty of space for everyone to gather. The second floor has a nice living room landing area great for kids and 3 bedrooms. Outside you will enjoy the expansive farmers porch with seating for 17 overlooking the maturely landscaped partially fenced yard as well as a separate back porch with with access to the 900 sq/ft patio, fire pit and outdoor shower. The cottage features a king sized bed and is fully equipped with kitchenette, new full bath, a second outdoor shower and also its own private deck. The location cannot be beat, just a 1/2 mile from the family friendly Pleasant Rd beach and walking distance to miniature golf, ice cream, seafood restaurant, breakfast cafe and liquor store. Just pull in, park your car and enjoy! Please note we provide fresh linens and bath towels.

Fantastic rental for a large family

We had a fantastic time staying at this house for 2 weeks. Location is very convenient to Harwichport center, Dennis, Pleasant Street beach. Living spaces are comfortable and clean and the outdoor spaces allowed wonderful places for us hangout. We would definitely rent here again!

Despite the fact that we had to leave a day early due to a storm warning threat, our family had a great time. We came in for a wedding that weekend. We had a party of 14 and there was plenty of room and beds for everyone including the cottage. The patio was perfect for our group and spent quite a bit of time there.

We enjoyed our stay in W. Harwich. The house accommodated a large group of extended family members. The kitchen was well supplied and the back yard was perfect for kids to play, hanging out for the adults , sitting around the fire pit, and eating all of our meals outside. We had a terrific time.

Wonder Stay!

We had an absolutely incredible time at this property! The house is spacious, with six full bedrooms and plenty of comfortable bedsā€”perfect for a group or family getaway. The outdoor space is a true highlight: from the Blackstone and regular grill to the fire pit and shed full of backyard games, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The beach is just about a 10-minute walk away, and Peter made it even easier by providing beach chairs and umbrellas. Highly recommend this propertyā€”weā€™re already talking about coming back!

Highly recommend!

Charming New England cottage with plenty of space for our group of 10! We loved the porch, where we ended up spending most of our mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (and more). Convenient location. Plenty of parking. The pictures don't do it justice. Highly recommend for a group and/or family beach vacation on the Cape!

Great Spot for big group

We had a large group of 10 adults plus 2 kids and we had a great time at Peterā€™s place in West Harwich. There was plenty of room for everyone, a great fireplace and grill in the backyard and a lot of yard games, toys and bikes for the group to use. Conveniently located close to stores and supermarkets was also convenient. Peter was generally responsive to questions and we had a great time. The only issue that we ran into was with the smoke alarm going off a couple of times, but it happened on the last day, and it seems to be something that could be easily addressed. Overall, I would recommend this property to any group looking to have an enjoyable stay in cape cod.

Classic Cape Vacation House

If you're looking to stay in a classic Cape Cod home with your large family or group, I recommend this property. While not having all the modern conveniences of a new house, this home has the quintessential Cape look and feel, while providing all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the home has several great spaces to hang out with your family including a huge patio in the backyard and a large covered front porch. The property's guest cottage is a great bonus, and worked well for our daughter and son-in-law, who have two small children. The rest of the family, basically 9 adults, stayed in the main house where we had plenty of room. The home is within walking distance to the beach and close to most things you want to do on the Cape during your vacation.

Was not clear in listing no AC in living room. Was not to hot so we were fine. However while onsite we did buy fans to use as needed After getting the fans we found fans in the basement area of the home they could have been used. otherwise trip was great and manager was very helpful.

Fantastic Experience

We had a fantastic experience renting this house. The house met all of our needs with a spacious backyard for meals and activities plus a porch that was large for relaxation. We ate the majority of our meals in the backyard which provided plenty of tables and chairs with umbrellas for shade. This was a large dinner room table that we used to play family games. At night, after the kids were in bed, the adults played dominoes at the dining room table. The house comes with a lot of amenities for beach going and playing games in the backyard. We highly recommend this house for a large family rental. We plan to rent again next year if the family schedules coordinate.

Family reunion

16 people total....4 generations of family from 6 to 81. Great location, bikes included was a bonus. Loved the porch and back yard. When we requested more towels and new propane gas replacement for BBQ grills,, it got taken care of right away. All in all,, a wonderful family vacation for us all.

Spacious and comfortable house close to beach

Perfect beach house for multi-generational family gathering: short walk to beach, great porch, well stocked kitchen, large yard with fire pit, picnic tables, bikes and toys for kids. The cottage was a bonus, especially for grandparents.

Memorial weekend

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely home. It accommodated us all very well! The location was wonderful. The beach is a half a mile away down the road and the mini golf course was moments away. The outdoor patio was a plus we enjoyed our fires each night and we ate our meals out there, it was lovely! We would highly recommend this rental.

EXCELLENT STAY

A group of 12 of us all ages 25-28 came for Labor Day weekend and could not have enjoyed our time more. Plenty of room for everyone and the cottage and outdoor showers made it so no one was ever waiting. Great grill, outdoor patio, fire pit, and shed full of yard games that made for perfect evenings at the house. Beach was walking distance from the house, location could not have been more perfect. Already discussing booking again for next year for an even longer stay! Peter was so accommodating, answered all of our questions and provided us with everything we could have needed. 10/10 stay!
